1. No. Yamato's compatibility is what enabled him to use Hashirama's DNA. That means from birth, he was compatible with the Doton and Suiton chakra nature types. Go re-read the tenchi bridge chapters.

You're claiming Rasengan isn't a ninjutsu? It's been specifically called a ninjutsu, and it is no different from Mokuton. Chakra is being used to manifest itself on the outside.

In fact, just about none of your arguments make sense. The very act of creating a tree from nothing is ninjutsu. Your argument for this was that Sasuke creating fire isn't ninjutsu?

2. No. Creating a tree from the applied area where Hashi's DNA resides is simply growing trees out of cells. Those cells are specifically meant to do that. It's not ninjutsu if you put dirt on your chest, and put a seed in it, then it grows. That's what Shodai's cells are. It's basically dirt infested with seeds. When the seeds get chakra, the trees grow. The chakra doesn't need to be molded. It just needs chakra. It's not ninjutsu.
