Danzo used a Mokuton ability. It is not ninjutsu to simply create a tree. The same as it's not ninjutsu to simple create a flame.

Mokuton is only growing out his right side. Why, because that's where the zetsu cells are. Also known as Hashi's DNA.

In this you can clearly see him using a mokuton vine, and yet again, it's not a jutsu. he's simply growing the vine out of his right hand.

This is mokuton ninjutsu. You can see him infusing his chakra to actually create the trees on the side of the waterfall. Others like Danzo simply used the cells on their body parts to create their vines/trees.

Here Yamato uses another ninjutsu to create buildings. You can see the roots coming out the ground, then forming wood. If it were just trees he was forming, I'm sure he could create a whole forest with ease. Though, since he has to form it himself, it's 20x more straining on his chakra reserves.

Basically, it should be pretty obvious from this thread the difference between mokuton ninjutsu and mokuton abilities. There are only 3 ninja to ever live that used mokuton as a kekkei genkai. Hashirama, Obito, and Yamato. Madara is not living so he does not count. Obito has the ability to use the ninjutsu, but he doesn't rely on it. Yamato is literally Hashirama. He is entirely his cells. His cells are Hashirama's, due to Orochimaru's experiments.

If you go back 1 page before that, you can see Obito literally makes a seal for the jutsu. Other times, however he was not simply using the ninjutsu, but the utilizing the zetsu cells.

Where did you get those jutsu names? There's no manga proof to back that up. I've already admitted Obito can utilize Mokuton ninjutsu to some degree, whether it be from Zetsu or not, we may never know.

Yes it is deal with it so is a fireball which for some reason you say it isn't, just because it doesn't have a name doesn't mean it's not ninjutsu... it's barebones jutsu that is all.

You're making my brain hurt, If a person can summon flames thats a ninjutsu, although it is barebones. Molding it into a ball is a more complex ninjutsu.
