FTG is an Item Minato uses.
Sharingan/Bijuu/Wood Release are Kekki Genkai/Things that person was born with/Forced to have.
Minato was never born holding a FTG kunai.
Your attempt to make my thread seem like a Fail thread Failed.
Please stop making yourself seem more like a fool.

FTG Kunai are an item designed and MADE FROM SCRATCH by Minato.

Sharingan/Bijuu/Wood Release are things GIVEN to their wielders through genetics or forcible implantation.

This thread actually fails fair bit, dude.

Minato's "speed" isn't speed at all

Title is very misleading
the word "speed" is 'not speed'
Explain it in very simple term, or layman language.

FTG is technique created by Minato for himself, using SEAL as point of marker.
When fighting with Raikage & Bee, he mark the seal on Bee itself.
Raikage "lightning speed" is just a jutsu that can be acquire.

Oh One Main thing.

When an ANBU disappeared after instruction, do this means SPEED or What?
Then all those ANBU and other ninja disappeared consider speed?
One scene, when Sasuke on leaving Konoha, Sakura wanted to shout;
then suddenly Sasuke was behind Sakura. IS THIS "SPEED"
Just like when Naruto, Sakura, Sai, Yamato meet Sasuke, Kabuto, Orochimaru;
when Sasuke instantly appeared beside Naruto, IS THIS SPEED.
This list were never end with long list of ninja who can perform this SPEED.

If you do say this type of SPEED is not the same as Minato FTG.
then answer this;
Minato FTG have a combination of 2 type of jutsu, first using Speed,
2nd he use Seal as the marker point of destination.
Likewise for Kamui..2 types of jutsu combine into 1 single jutsu.

Need to re-phrase your title properly and with clear explanation of what you intent,
otherwise each have their own meaning..................SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED..........

Everyone...Calm down, when Minato teleports there's a a rift in the space and time continuum that takes him to the place he marked with the kunai, so technically he doesn't move, the technique moves him.

The seal is wrapped onto the Kunai.
Why not just call it a Kunai? I have to say the seal?
The Kunai is basically the seal.

I'm not going to explain why Raikage's speed is more Legit than Minato again since you haven't gotten it in your head.

Guys, speed equals distance over time or s=d/t

FTG cuts time to 0 to go any distance, making the equation s=d(-infinity to infinity)/0

because an equation over zero makes it undefined, it is therefore not classified as speed.

Finally someone who has common knowledge!

And this is going to be closed.

First you had to gall to post this in the wrong section, making me move it (which was already in fact too much as normally we delete them). Then you also double posted several times, but above all seeing that the creator of this thread is clearly biased, well yeah then I'm going to close it.
