Alright I'm guessing you guys know how Minato reaches place by place in little time right?
He doesn't Run or Jump to that area. He places a Kunai to the area and TELEPORTS to that area.
That's not speed. That's basically an Instant Transmission.

Raikage was the true "Fastest Ninja Alive" at Minato's time. Minato wasn't truly fast. He just teleports. In my eyes, that's cheating. In a foot race, without the use of any Ninja tool, let Minato race Raikage. Yeah, I bet Raikage would dust him in that race. Yeah, Minato's quick because of the FTG, but I just can't call that legit speed. He just teleports to the area while Raikage just goes to the area at Blinding Speeds.

Although he teleports to that area fast... Without the FTG seals, Minato Namikaze is nothing.
EDIT: What I mean by "nothing" is by means of his Speed.

It's still not faster then Raikage's speed. If it were, then Minato wouldn't have to use FTG all the time.

FTG is an Item Minato uses.
Sharingan/Bijuu/Wood Release are Kekki Genkai/Things that person was born with/Forced to have.
Minato was never born holding a FTG kunai.

Exactly. Minato's fast, but without the use of FTG, he's not as fast as Raikage. That's my point.

FTG cuts time to 0 to go any distance, making the equation s=d(-infinity to infinity)/0

because an equation over zero makes it undefined, it is therefore not classified as speed.
