Well Bee isn't all that durable in biju mode and Minato's cut through his tentacles and so has Obito with ninja tools.

So Bee's flesh is by no means impenetrable. Minato could slash at Bee's neck. Anything weaker gets giant ransenganed or sage art: ransenganed once Ay's out of the way. There's also that "other" jutsu Mianto mentioned which he thought could create an opening against Obito.

1. Partially transformed tail that obviously isn't full size<<Fully transformed tentacle.

2. He didn't even cut all the way through that tentacle, and the tentacle is weaker than the rest of his body. Minato's Kunai would do literally nothing to him.

That jutsu is completely unknown bar its name.
