Minato had no intent to kill, he can shunshin to Bee and tag him fall back then kill Bee with a bunshin and fodderize Ay when needed.

Looks like a stalemate to me.

You know if minato really really wanted to kill Bee, he could have just re-teleported in front of him or to the side, since minato can appear any side of the FTG radius.

Plus Minato's wound wouldn't have been fatal, KB on the other hand would have lost his head. Kakashi got pierced in a similar position bŷ Obito and stitched himself up after. In fact. Minato got pierced by Kurama's nail and was still smiling and performing jutsu.

Minato can handle a rampaging Kyuubi easily.

he can send a bunshin to place a tag somewhere else and warp him after crashing bunta ontop of him. Minato can use odama rasengan to smash Ay or shank him with a kunai like hi tried before.

how will it get strangled when it literally slams the Gyuuki onto the ground? It managed to make the yin/yang kyuubi submit which is waaaay bigger than that ugly ass ox lelelel. Minato can keep wamming Ay until his shroud goes heck minato has plenty of uzumaki sealing jutsu's that can restrain the 8 tails or use the 5 pronged seal to mess his chakra up before Bee goes 8 tails.

Um, I hope you realize that Kushina does change a lot of things really.
The fight between Minato and the duo is hard to say actually. I think it could be argued both ways as Bee and Ay got stronger since then,
Bee even stated he got stronger.
However, with Kushina, Minato definitely. Remember, her chakra chains will easily restrain Hachibi if it could restrian FULL KYUUBI.
So first scenario is debatable. Second scenario is Minato's team mid diff.
