2. neji runs out chakra quickly, gai barely uses chakra if he isnt using gates
3. if he does that move that he used against kisame, game over

Where did you get that Neji runs out of chakra quickly?

even if he hit guy with them he can still open the gate cause the gates are ment to open charka flow throughout the body by breaking the limit on each gate that goes for when they are blocked as well.

Lol I think everyone underestimates certain characters and thank you for your eye opening opinion on my logic... I don't see any logical arguments, just a bunch of half baked ideas why guy would win. I'm standing my ground and if you are a sheep who goes with the heard then baaa the f on. Thanks neji has as much chance to win as guy does. Guys not really that fast compared to lee and lee can't touch neji. Nejis speed triples when he uses 128 palm. So go ahead Spam and say 8 gates mode like everyone before you... neji would hit guy before he could even use it.

I think even if Neji hits Guy with his 64-hit combo, and closes all Guy's chakra point, I think Guy will still edge by open then eight gates. I mean you dont need chakra to do that.

He could use a large rotation

Nejis Gentle fist is capable of using attacking methods(64-128 plams, air palm, one body blow, etc.) otherwise how would he be able to successfully fight opponents

Neji's 8 trigrams 64-128 palms technique is not just for blocking chakra pathways but it could also flood the chakra pathways with chakra just like the 8 gates and destroy the body. In other words Neji could forcibly make Guy go into the 8 gates and destroy his body.

Afternoon tiger is avoided with Rotation since all Afternoon Tiger is is a big gust of hot wind shaped like a tiger.

Neji wouldn't give him time to use it. Naruto was shown being able to spar on Lee's level in an episode. The speed Lee obtained was short lived, from removing his weights and Kakashi could see lee with the sharingan. Neji would bust out the 128 and it would be over, guys to big of an idiot to avoid it.
