You can use both MS techs at the same time you have to remember their different kamui techs short rang warping long rang warping making a portal then the intangible.

False again, Sasuke does have tsukuyomi (genjutsu used with the opposite eye of the Amaterasu eye). Enton is not a special ability, it is simply the manipulation of amaterasu done by using the left eye.. lol.

Obito has 3 kamui techs his right eye has two intangible & short rang warping left eye has long rang warping when obito only had his right he had to stay intangible to warp with one of the two techs when people say head snipe their talking about long rang warping and intanible. I know there may be one of possible explanation if Kishi was still following his previous logic applied to this manga, at this point I am sure Kishi would retconn Intangibility as ability shared by his both eyes explaining that only Uchiha could use it so Kakashi couldn't

I get it but still manga dispprove possibility of staying in other dimenssion aka phasing and sniping someone with long range Kamui in real world.
