[Manga approved] Kamui user can not snipe someone while staying itangible

Exactly as the title states. Obito can either use:

- Both Kamui at the same time to to create Space portal
- Both Kamui separately as he did to slip in Kaguya's dimenssion unnoticed.

Obito can also uses any attack bar Kamui while staying itangible. Konan stated that Obito need to stay tangible to warp someone or himself:

I know it may be due to both abilities come from same eye, but it could be asbolute rule for Kamui use while being tangible so no.

The manga has never shown or stated Kamui user sniping someone while staing itangible so as far as manga goes Kamui user can not do that. While it may seem possible, Kishi would nerf it anyway or simple make failsafe to state it is impossible so Kamui user can be beaten.

Conclusion: It is very unlikely as neither Obito or Kakashi was shown doing it, and Kamui is gone so we will never find out.

Nope, they can NOT - The manga has never shown/stated them doing it so THEY can NOT- period.

It is same as assuming Naruto can uses Frog Katas while using chakra arms, Sasuke can uses Amaterasu through Sussano's eyes attacking on greater scale etc.

Nope it is impossible or very unlikely at least. Kishi has chance with Obito getting both MS or Kakashi recieving Obito's power to short time, but he has never shown any of them use such combination. It only imply that it is impossible. Kishi doesn't want them to be able to do that even if this is possibly in theory same with Naruto using Frog Katas + chakra arms.

Also Konan has never stated that Obito has to stay tangible to Just wrap himself, NO

No, he didn't use it through Sussano eyes. It was still used through Sasuke's eyes directly, Sussano's eyes didn't act as medium for Amaterasu to attack as it would have to prove your words. If Sussano's eyes were used as medium then Amaterasu would be huge/much bigger then they were.

For example if Obito learned somehow Amatearsu then yes He could use it while staying intangible.

Obito has only used double kamui to hack kaguya's portal, he needs his right eye for intangibility and left one for snipe.
Nothing forbids him doing that, but your denial.
