Perform the technique: Neji begins to gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he molds that built up chakra into doton and proceeds to channel said chakra into the ground; and when this happens, Neji uses shape manipulation to cause a slab of earth to rise from the ground with a thrust of his hand. When this happens, dust particles to rise up and create a dust screen that hinders his opponent.
Advantages: Useful if you have a Hyuga or sensing bio; No hand seals; Good for concealing attacks; Doesn't need to be sustained (?)
Disadvantages: Can easily be blown away by a wind jutsu; Useless against Hyugas/Sensors
Use in battle: I would use this to stealthfully get to one position to another (ex. Mid to Short)

When this happens, he creates a large piece of rock and sends it towards his opponent.
Advantages: No hand seals; Can travel into long range; Has two ways of releasing
Disadvantages: 1st method would be useless if your hand are tied together z.z
Use in battle: I would use this against against something like the Water Gunshot tech.

Disadvantages: Can't go up to long range, Can be easily countered by going airborne
Use in battle: I would use this after successfully impaling my opponent with Earth Spikes & by doing so... Some ligaments might come of off ._.

As this happens, fragments of earth pop up from the ground, which damages Neji's opponent & knocks them up in the air.
Advantages: Requires no hand seals, good for dealing with a numerous amount of people, leaves them vulnerable in mid air
Disadvantages: Can't go up into long range, kind of ineffective on sandy terrain
Use in battle: I would use this before performing an attack that would be hard to dodge from in mid air

As you do so, you will manipulate your Earth based chakra to cause the ground to spiral inwards either burying them alive or crushed by the debris of the ground and rocks. Best used in a cave or so. Use it on my clone."

As this happens, the target is left buried alive under several tons of boulders, rocks and rubble.
Advantages: Not so many hand seals, reaches long range, able to bury them or crush them with rubble
Disadvantages: Can easily be avoided by going airborne
Use in battle: I would use this against numerous opponents or summons (?)

Disadvantages: Can't go into long range, they can easily counter with lightning armor
Use in battle: I would use this before performing that one lightning tech that you shoot into the sky and guide it back downwards; causing the opponent to flee underground (Though the lightning would just zap them anyways)

As the shield would form, it would block the incoming shots.

Now this one, form handseals, then you can create a wave of Earth to ride on, or you can use it from a distance, and have the ground underneath your opponent wrap around their legs, in all honesty, it's not bad, don't know why i've never used it.

This one is more situational, *throws scroll at your face*, take that scroll, lay it down flat on the ground. It'd help if you can conceal it, but if you can't, no biggie. When the opponent's chakra comes in contact with it, it's capable of releasing up to three wolves composed of mud, they can attack on will of course, but be aware that each of them is D-rank if you choose to make three. A unique trait is that they can reform when damaged, though it uses up ten extra chakra points.

(Doton: Doro Ookami) - Earth Release: Mud Wolves

Description: A trap technique in which the user will place somewhere and is activated upon contact with the opponent's chakra. Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)
Note: Takes one turn to set the trap up and wolves only last two turns

Well, it boosts the power for the original technique. And for a disadvantage, you nly works in short range of the user

Tech#2:
Neji begins to gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra, while weaving the necessary hand seals. After doing so, he molds that built up chakra into doton and proceeds to channel said chakra into the ground; and when this happens, Neji uses shape manipulation to create an earth wave that is sent towards the opponent. Upon contact, it traps their leg and immobilizes them.

An advantage is that is has more than one purose and it can trael quite far. Although, some disadvantages is that it can't be used in short range and requires some hand seals.

Tech#3:
Taking out a small scroll, Neji channels some chakra into it and slams it onto the ground. When this happens, he releases three wolves composed of a muddy substance which race forward and attacks the target. If they would be destroyed, Neji would use a decent amount of chakra to reform it.

An advantage is that you need no hand seals and you can reform the wolves. A disadvantage is that the more you make, the less their indivdual power has.

(Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Remember the fight Kazuzu had between Asuma's squad, and Kakashi? That's where this is from. You'd throw a single handseal (Snake), then your skin in the desired area would harden to a steel-like quality, not only augmenting you're taijutsu, but allowing you to defend from other Earthen attacks, but like always, you're vulnerable to lightning.

(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique

The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

Tech#1:
Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his body and uses nature manipulation to create Doton. When Neji is finished building up his earth chakra, he releases it through several points of his body. When this happens, he uses shape manipulation to create a mass of boulders that serve as durable armor.

Advantage is that I can release myself out of Genjutsu and I defend myself from Earth Techniques. A disadvantage is that I'd lose some speed because of the weight.

An advantage is that I can use this to strengthen my taijutsu. A disadvantage is that it is still vulnerable against lightning attacks (obviously e.e)

Perform those handseals to create an opening in the sky, once the portal is open, a goop of sticky, adhesive mud stuff oozes out, and plops onto your enemy, making it impossible to move, since it's sticky, yeah, AND because they'd be crushed. Literally.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

This one is another one that has to do with portals, form handseals, a portal opens up, and a boar shaped lid drops down hastily, it can be hallow, in an attempt to catch your enemy alive, or filled in, to you know.......crush them.

(Doton: Otoshibuta) – Earth Release: Dropping Lid

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

The elemental variation of the Shadow Clone technique, just make a clone composed of Earth, it can tank damage, but only up to C-Rank, but note it can only use C-rank Earth, which sucks.

(Doton Kage Bunshin) – Earth Release Shadow Clone

Description: This technique creates a clone made of mud. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape even after taking physical damage (up to C-Rank). An unique use is that after reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place as a binding technique. They can also use up to C rank earth techniques.

As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his body and uses nature manipulation to create Doton. When Sasuke is finished building up his earth chakra, he releases it into the sky. When this happens, a portal is created above the target. Momentarily, a large mass of sticky mud emerges from said portal and falls towards the ground. Upon impact, the mud crushes the target and covers the surrounding area in it.

An advantage is that it has a large size suitable for taking out numerous people. A disadvantage is that it can't go up to long range

Have you ever watched Jaws? So you know, the movie about that great white shark, that is always conviently preying on white people at the beach, like he was at some buffet? This is just like that, three handseals, slam your hands on the ground, and the Earth beneath your opponent will shape itself to resemble an eerie set of jaws, whether they look like shark teeth, dog teeth, bear teeth, I don't know, just know they look like teeth. Oh, almost forgot, they can be adjusted to fit whatever size you choose.

(Doton: Musaborudzuchi) – Earth Release: Devouring Earth

Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.

This one can be used in conjunction with another technique you learned previously, *SEVERE BRONCHITIS SOUNDING COUGH* ROCK DISLODGING TECHINQUE *COUGH*, you'll make a cavern over your opponent's head, so like a tunnel, of some sorts, if you want, you can close it too, not giving them a way out.

(Doton: Tsuchi Kairō) - Earth Release: Earth Corridor

Description: The user will first perform the snake hand seal and then cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.

Form the ram seal, and focus your chakra into an area on the battlefield. The area you choose quickly turns in on itself, and starts sucking in everything, pulling your opponent into that little, suckey hole thingy.

(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. Sasuke begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra, while weaving the necessary five hand seals. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his body and uses nature manipulation to create Doton. When Sasuke is finished building up his earth chakra, he slams his right hand onto the ground; which causes two slabs of earth that resembles an animal's jaw to emerge on either side of the rarget. Momentarily, the jaws would slam shut - crushing the target in between.

A pro is that it's a decent technqiue to use as your opponent is preoccupied with a distraction since it would form and crush then quickly. A con is that it requires quite a few hand seals.

As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his body and uses nature manipulation to create Doton. When Sasuke is finished building up his earth chakra, he sends it under his opponent and uses shape manipulation to create a moderate sized cavern that traps them.

An advantage is that it can be used with the rock dislodging technique or a fire technique which would roast them inside like an oven. A downside is that it blocks my view of the target, so I can't tell if they escaped if I choose to completely seal the trap.

Sasuke begins to gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra while weaving the ram hand seal. After doing so, he molds that built up chakra into doton, slams his hands onto the ground and proceeds to channel said chakra into the ground; and when this happens, Sasuke uses shape manipulation to create a whirlpool-like effect on the earth; causing the ground to continously spiral inwards. As this happens, the target is left buried alive in a small, cramped pit.

An advantage is that it can be used against multiple opponents and can potentially suck in fairly large summons (maybe). A disasvantage is that it cannot be used in short range and can easily be avoided by going up.

For this one, you'll make a single seal, then focus chakra in the ground underneath you, and by doing so, you'll be able to created a structure of Earth in any shape you can conceive, it can be a needle like mountain with you standing at the top, or it can very well be a wall of sorts, like what Yamato did when he was training Naruto.

Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall

The next one basically creates a wall of Earth to block incoming attacks, nothing new.

Description: The user will first perform the Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and then creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Hizuren Sarutobi spits mud from his mouth to perform the jutsu whilst Kakashi creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain.

Think of Leech of All Creation, but this is specifically designed for rocks, and solid Earthen structures. You'll be capable of moving through rocks, or the Earth itself to get where you need to go.

Description: This is a technique that allows its user to blend into rocks, move inside them and then move in and out of other rocks undetected. Despite this, Doujutsu and Sensors can still detect the opponent. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot be used to meld into other types of earth than rock or solid earth and its not a very fast technique, despite being faster than Underground Projection Fish technique.
