Hiruzen is just plain pathetic. Minato has his speed but can't really kill anything that can't just be killed easily, for example Orochimaru. Tobirama need prep time for his edo's, then he's just another Minato who's a little slower.

Yes, there would have been casualties of course, Minato cant be six places at all times, but the point is that the village would not have been destroyed and Naruto would not have been needed. The Hokage would have taken care of business, one after one pain would have been owned, fast! Not needing a 16 year old kid. he and Kakashi would have steamrolled all the way to ramen guys place!
