Rex has made this offer to me several times. He said we can join there and use shimo so we have instant village level to do village missions etc. Every time I've said no. I just want to build my own thing.

Same as serp wants to build his from the old kumo lands. The alliance is based on what's to come in arc 15 though. Sounds like stuffs gonna go off, with the forging of akatsuki weapons, and the voice going to madara uchiha.

Nevermind the npc's in it all. Just my thoughts but it may be big.

..Serps bio Hei needs to do an aids test.. Where are the applications for that and what bio will he be fighting to find out if he passes such test? O______________O
