How does one go about donating CJs to the Jutsu List? And are they removed from your CJ count? Thinking of donating some of mine.

There is a thread for donating. Once they are added to your cannon list, they no longer count as your customs, freeing up some slots. I think the max is 10 you can donate

But that thread hasn't been checked in a long time.
