Same rules as regular customs i believe o-o. You can make a contract but limited on the rank the summon would be.

Quick Question: If we have an Advance Element such as Wood Style, could both combine elements like Water Style and Earth Style be perform with 1 Single Hand Seal? Or do we have to follow the specialty template?

Nope its 1 element even with the AE being a combo fo two elements. So you would have to choose between Wood, Earth or Water getting 1 hand seal

You have to follow the spec rules

You could do two Primary Single Handseal Specialist specs

You can submit 8 in total, allocated as you please over the following divisions. A Sage Weapon is a weapon a Sage picks instead of getting a CC. The weapon would be made around the title/bio by LoK.
