Two quick questions. I had an approved Sora pseudo jinchuriki bio some years back, so I'm wondering if I'm exempted from the 2,250 Kumi restriction? And do I start back over as an Academy Student?

( Oto Zōfuku-suru ) - Sound Amplifier
Type: Tool
Rank: B - S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20 - 40
Damage: 40 - 80
Description: The Sonic Amplifier is a special cannon used to fire sonic waves and Jutsu at the opponent in concussive bursts or pressurized streams. Equipped with a Select Fire setting, the Sonic Amplifier allows the user to fire blasts at varying power and form. B ranks are capable of reaching half a meter in width and extend to Short range while A can be up to 5 meters wide and travel to long range. What makes the S rank setting more unique than simply added power is that in addition to it's high power, these waves carry the ability to disrupt Scientific Ninja Tools ability to function for 2 turns.
Note: S rank can only be used 3 times, once every 3 turns.

( Otoyowameru ) - Sound Debuffer

Description: The Sonic Debuffer is a special cannon used to fire sonic waves and Jutsu at the opponent in concussive bursts or pressurized streams designed to slow incoming objects/jutsu and people or cause hindering effects to them. Equipped with a Select Fire setting, the Sonic Amplifier allows the user to choose between bursts or streams of sonic waves. B ranks are capable of reaching half a meter in width and extend to Short range (causing a loss of focus, reducing Tracking by -1.5x) while A can be up to 5 meters wide and travel to long range (causing effects on opponents similar to Ringing Madness and reduces their outgoing damage by -10). What makes the S rank setting more unique than simply added power is that in addition to it's high power, these waves are able to stop objects or same rank as well as ninja moving faster than the user. This allows him to, if possible, make a wave that prevents anything from moving at high speeds, reducing its speed to at max 2x Sage speeds. This also prevents anything from exiting its path once targeted, being able to last up to 3 turns.

( Tekunomōfu ) - Technomorphing

Description: Technomorphing is an advanced SNT created to allow Murder Machine to get the most out of his cybernetic state and it's technological advantage over normal shinobi. Technomorphing allows the user to passively reshape his robotic parts to best fit his needs and/or draw forth different weapons assimilated into his person. This allows his body to be seen even more as living technology. The user can, for example, reshape the robotic arm he has into a cannon to utilize another one of his Ninja Tools or reshape his legs to utilize a cannon from it. It is also capable of using using it's technomorphing to grow additional limbs, swords, shuriken launchers, grappling hooks, ropes, and other small items within logic. Because of the integration into his being, his Ninja Tools are stronger in their processes and outputs, making his weapons deal +20 additional damage or using +10 chakra passively, depending on function.

( Nanobotto Chiyo ) - Nanobot Healing

Description: Through enhancing previous systems based on the Healing Foam, the user creates a more viscous version of this technique, designed along side nanobots to heal damaged tools over time. Living inside the user's body similarly to Aburame Clan members, these nanobots are able to detect when tools have been broken or short circuits and their ability triggers. Releasing this liquid as they move, this liquid created nanowires and nanotube across technology to restitch it back together. This process takes 2 or 3 turns for any tool (3 if it's S rank) and heals them fully unless it has been reformed once.

( Battojettu ) - Batjet

Description: With their superior and advanced knowledge over cybernetics and machinery, the user creates a highly advanced aircraft to travel swiftly in an unseen yet powerful presence with several capabilities. Created foremost to travel, the Batjet allows the user and up to 3 others to traverse Ninja World landmarks 20% faster. This allows for faster and safer travel, flying higher than most Jutsu can reach. Because of this, Murder Machine also equipped the vehicle with the means to cloak it's system to mask it's presence. Designed to prevent any motion detection or visual detection from spotting it, the Batjet can only be located when airborne and not attacking through MS and higher level doujutsu or Senjutsu based sensory. The user can summon the Batjet to him via command, taking 4 turns before arriving, and it can deliver an S ranked blast upon arrival.

Along with it's traveling, the Batjet is equipped with several offensive and defensive attachments to allow for it to be both safe and dangerous. Holding several missiles, the Batjet can release a bombardment of missiles that creates a 2 turn long rain of S rank missiles up to long range across the field. It can also release a volley of bullets covering a short range radius, made from the energy within Artificial Doujutsu to prevent healing, moving at 2x Sage speeds. Defensively, the Batjet can reduce 30 damage from attacks that hit the Batjet but can survive 1 S ranked attack by enabling it's back up engines and healing the damage. After this, any attack of A rank and up can destroy the technique. The Batjet also comes equipped with an additional copy of the user's Tools, allowing him to potentially give to nearby allies.
Note: Can only be called once per fight.
Note: Missiles can only be fired once every 2 turns, same with the chakra bullets. The Batjet holds 5 missiles in total and enough bullets for 5 volleys of bullets.
Note: Cloaking is a passive ability, always in function unless the Batjet is attacking, its shields then down.
