Konoha can beat Pain w/o Naruto

Just Deva Path is able to crush all Konoha, if Pain focus on the fight(intent to kill anyone,not searching for naruto) he would kill them all.

There's plenty of options to escape ST, Guy and Lee go Gates mode and carry as much people at of there with there super speed. Kakashi is fast enough. Giant Choji and Giant Chouza could withstand it and just be blown away like the big toads did. Kakashi and Shikamaru could think of a plan to get Deva caught in Shikamaru's shadow. The options are endless dude, be reasonable

It was true before, but not at all currently. We've seen he could use kamui without collapsing against Sasuke. And in this war, he wanted to kamui 5times against 5TBB after that he used a lot of chakra before in previous days

both guy and kakashi were extremely pressured to make some decisions, kakashi surely would of died if he tried to, and even against sasuke you're partly right, but he was weak for quite awhile, leaving an opportunity to attack

FP ST is a big difference between the one where deva was already weak and the one that took out konoha, are we on the same page? anyway back to topic pain focusing on killing people would be pretty much KO for konoha

you're being extremely unrealistic, you haven't said how konoha will defeat pain, you just say they will.also running away? you realize that the forest of death is 30 km, and the hidden leaf is bigger than that so.. you want the to run a 30 KM+ sprint??

HA! Kakashi and Guy raced across the whole Leaf village and that was just a friendly race. Imagine it they were running for their lives. And Kakashi was literally half a foot from killing Deva Path with Raikiri but the mechanic path got in the way. And that was just with the help of Choji and Choji. Imagine it with the geniuses, Neji and Shikamaru. And Gates mode Lee and Guy. And Tenten, Choji, Hiashi and Chouza. Come on dude, I win this argument.

I kind of doubt that it would counter a large scale shinra tensei. If he could make one as big and as powerful as the large scale shinra tensei then it might cancel, though it would probably be a one-shot rotation that uses all of his chakra.

A small one would probably cancel each other out as they have similar repulsing functions, though Pain's lasts for a few moments before ending, while Hiashi or Neji could continually spin. Afterwards, there is the 5 sec waiting period that he has to abide by in order to use it again.

You have the Brains: Kakashi/shikamaru, the Muscle: Guy/Lee/Chouji/Chouza, and the Multipurpose team(long and close range combat/brains): Neji/Hiashi/Tenten. Shikamaru and kakashi could hang back to figure out the enemies abilities and come up with a plan to defeat them, while everyone else engages the enemy but also conserve energy for a final attack. Once they do, they would go on the offense and have the entire group WTFblitz the bodies separately.

Deva-Kakashi(Shikamaru): has already demonstrated the ability to engage this path for some time. Could have shikamaru for backup if needed.

Animal-Chouji/Chouza: Their large forms and strength could take on any summon

Human-Hiashi/(Neji): The gentle fist/byakugan would allow the team to get close and take out this path without having their soul sucked out

Preta-Guy/Lee: this group hardly uses chakra and could use their gates to out-maneuvre this path

Asura-Tenten/(Neji) weapons vs weapons in this battle. Pretty even, though having neji on this team will help give her an advantage

Naraka-Shikamaru: shikamaru could temporarily hold back the naraka path so that he can't heal any of the other members
*Neji could be on either team
**Shikamaru could be possible back-up

With this set-up, they could take on the 6 paths and potentially defeat them.

Also, if they ever needed to run from the large shinra tensei, Guy and Lee in gates could transport several people while Hiashi and Neji could rotate to protect themselves temporarily from any major damage.

What you are not thinking about is that Nagato split the paths up on purpose, some not bothering to fight but instead search for Naruto, while others deliberately drew attention to themselves and fought with the motive to get as many people to attack them as possible. In this case, Nagato's paths fight with the intention to kill (that includes a huge shinra tensei with no warning), altogether so they have no weaknesses and meaning to kill instead of question (sorry, Konohamaru, you can't kill one this time).

Even Naruto was beaten by the Pains as he fought them one at a time, with only plot no jutsu (in the form of Hinata) to save him. The fact that Pain beat Konoha (and Naruto) split up and half-assed is just evidence that the village would have no chance if he was together and out to kill. I just can't believe that Gai and Hiashi would make that much of a difference with these kind of parameters. And knowledge can only go so far. Pain, high dif.

Are you saying SM Naruto>Kakashi, Guy, Lee, Neji, Shikamaru, Hiashi, Choji, Chouza, Tenten? If you are then you're high as the sky my friend. Plus only Deva Path purposes a threat. As soon as the black orb for CT is thrown, Kakashi can just Kamui it or Chouza and Choji can just go Giant and punch the lights out of it. Sorry but I don't want to explain why an expected ST will be irrelevant again. Kakashi almost killed Deva Path with just the help of Choji and Chouza. Plus Choji's dumba** got Kakashi killed anyway. Now with the help of all the others, especially brains like Neji and Shikamaru and strength like Choji, Chouza, Lee and Guy, it would be easy. Plus in those 5 seconds after using ST, Lee and Guy could easily destroy him with their gates

Every path has a weakness. They are powerful when they are together. That is why I formed those teams to separate them and to exploit their weaknesses. You severly underestimate the power of teamwork and are caught up by how powerful their abilities are.

Huge shinra tensei weakness:
-uses lots of chakra
-severs connection with the other bodies to perform it leaving them vulnerable
-can't use shinra tensei for a long time leaving deva vulnerable.

If anyone survives after that blast, which is very likely, all of the pains would be destroyed anyways.

Its not just guy and hiashi, its lee, neji, and tenten as well. They would ALL come together to fight as one, not just by themselves and then paired with the smartest shinobi in the narutoverse, Shikmaru and Kakashi.

It would be an epic battle. One that konoha could win.
