OT: Kishimoto isn't intending for us to underestimate him. He has been quite often portrayed as a powerful individual. Beginning of Shippuden, Hebi Sasuke was powerful. MS Sasuke proved to be powerful by surviving the 5 Kage summit. EMS Sasuke has barely flaunted his power (which is one of my points that leads me to believe when he goes "all out" he'll awaken Perfect Susano'o). He'll clearly be powerful in the near future.

Hashirama: doesn't even have confront Sasuke, his clones handle it. He simply hides in the background and Shinsuusenju
handles that.

Madara: PS, all he needs. Nuff' said.

Naruto: Can't keep up with Naruto's speed, no Manga proof that Sasuke can tank something as powerful as a TBB. Naruto dodges any and all Enton/Amaterasu.

Nagato: Chibaku Tensei is all he needs, Sasuke hasn't shown the power in the Manga to destroy it before being crushed alive.

Kabuto: Sound Genjutsu solo's.

did you read the op? that is the whole point of this thread, making Naruto either tailor made to perfectly match his opponents or getting constant intel. not to mention those chakra rods were special. if sasuke's enton weapons could be stopped by regular small projectiles like shuriken the when did they cut through a juubi clone like butter and still stay intact?

You also failed to list the advantages sasuke had over Bee:
3v1 (4 if you count karin)
Bee had no info on sasuke

Danzo:
Had Karin and Obito watching over the fight
Obito being there caused danzo to hold back to an extent and try to conserve chakra
Obito being there caused danzo to hesitate to use KA that cause him to ultimately lose the fight
Danzo also lacked info on sasuke's MS and what techs he had gotten with it.

You make it sound like sasuke always had disadvantages in his battles

I agreed somewhat with your OP when you mentioned intel. However if you keep saying that naruto is tailor made to fight his opponents then the same can be said for sasuke. For example had it not been for his mangyekou he would not have been able to use susanoo against danzo or to use amaterasu against bee. The plot dictates what abilities each character has. Naruto had no intel on obito's weakness to senjutsu he discovered it.

taka wasn't any help either until sasuke got hurt. he wouldn't have gotten hurt ether time if he had intel.

the first time sasuke was surprised his chidori katana didn't work, leaving him open

had he been given intel on killer bee's raiton this would have gone differently

the second time was a result of lack of intel on killer bee being a perfect jinchuriki

sasuke was thrown into a fight with a stronger opponent with no intel and no knowledge of his own techs... yeah Sasuke didn't have the advantage

in the danzo fight I conceded that this was the closest to one of naruto's fights considering he has kage level help or intel.

in this fight sasuke finally got to see what it was like to have someone overwhelming in your corner( naruto always had the possibility of kurama rampaging when he started losing)

All I got out of the OP was you riding him without a condom and claiming that he has been at a disadvantage the entire time. Anyone with a brain knows that they're going to be considered equals at some point. Sasuke has had his moments of being overpowered so don't act like he's being underrated.

The beginning of shippuden was different notice I didn't bring it up. it started right around the time sasuke got MS and naruto got SM. If kishi had kept sasuke as experienced and tactical as he was with Cm then he'd sill be pretty powerfull
