[Punk Hazard]

A low rustle rolled into Khulna's air and gave way into a ferocious crack, similar to the sound of lightning stripping the bark off of a tree. The Mahou the Titan was dispersed into coalesced and solidified, regaining Thanos' shape and color as the Titan stood facing the town's largest fortification, standing 10 meters away. Thanos raised the Gauntlet towards the door, channeling his chakra through it and releasing a burst of dark-colored energy. The jet struck the fortification's door and, in an instant, reduced it to splinters and shrapnel of metal. The jagged pieces skewered many of the workers inside, as the others turned panickedly towards the entrance.

Description: Charms are a set of spells that adds certain properties to an object or creature. Charms are distinguished from Transfigurations in that a charm adds or changes properties of an object; it focuses on altering what the object does as opposed to what the object is. Successful casting of a charm is achieved through concentration, precise wand movements, and the proper pronunciation of an incantation. When in use for nearly all spells, mahou used takes the form of a beam of energy that (if it successfully hits the target) begins to "bewitch" upon contact. Divided and taught at different Years, the basic of Charms start at simply levitation while the higher ranks create a very powerful shield. Unless specifically noted, all charms can extend up to long range.
Bombardment: - Offensive/Defensive

• Bombardment charm ( Bombarda ) is a charm used to provoke explosions; one use for this explosion is to blast open sealed doors or to blow bars off of windows. When the dark jet of energy make contact with an item, it causes a short range explosion, ripping the item to shreds if of S rank or lower. This allows the user to quickly release a burst of energy to destroy large attacks or to cause great damage to an opponent by creating an explosion on contact. This can only be used in mid or Long range and 3 times max. After usage, the user cannot use any S rank Charms the next turn and must wait two turns before reusing this.

Note: Nearly all Charms take the form of projectiles of mahou, and can be defended against like any other jutsu. For those that do not need to physically travel, their methods of defense varies based on the spell used. If the item targeted is within short range, the user is able to control said object nonverbally and without a wand as well. This can only be done by Year 6 and up Kisei.
Note: S rank applications are usable only by Year 5 Kisei and higher, A rank by Year 4, etc. .

Cries of panic and urgency rang through the fort as Thanos lumbered in through the giant hole that once was a door, sunlight draping his form and making him look even more intimidating than before, somehow. Hearing the guards command for reinforcement, Thanos simply clenched his fist once more. As though from thin air, several assassins composed of wind manifested within the fortification. The dozens of assassins rushed throughout the facility, their blades tearing through the bodies of the workers as Thanos simply stepped through. Reading their minds, Thanos focused on one in particular. "The hammer," it thought frantically. The worker's eyes briefly darted towards a hallway.

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

With a smirk, Thanos prodded past the worker, brushing his face slightly with the back of his hand before an assassin plunged its blade through his spine. Stepping down the hallway, Thanos approached a singular room. On an anvil in the middle sat the weapon, a large square hammer with various runes and symbols etched into it. "Mjolnir." The titan gripped the handle with his right hand, lifting it from its resting place with a sinister grin.

As Thanos entered the room, his anticipation was mounting while grasping the hammer, lifting it from it's resting place. However, the hammer gave no resistance, lifting easily with no hint of special properties. The runes were present around the leather handle, but there was something off about it. It was almost as if it were

"Fake," spoke a voice from the doorway behind Thanos. Standing with arms crossed, Toru smiled mischievously. "Oh, you didnt think I cared for the mortal enough to not hastily arrive here, did you? No...Hanma is a nice lady, but she is of little concern."

Leaning from the wall and walking towards Thanos, Toru spoke again, circling the man as he moved.

"Now you, you're quite the curious one: you pierced through the thoughts of the bar, disappeared and faded away, and that glove you wield gives off many powers but it's still not enough, is it? Infinite power yet to be so....limited. I see your goals, your ambition. A world divided, is that what you want? What makes you think your way is right? You have the power to will it to happen? So have those before you, why are you worthy now? Because of those stones you have? No... no, the stones weaken you. Just objects to cling to, jewelry to look good. It's time you prove your worth."

Snapping, the pair suddenly found themselves transported to a new location, a field near the marketplace where a slightly raised platform of rocks holding the fabled hammer was. As it rained around them, Toru pointed to the now gauntlet less Thanos and the hammer.

Thanos couldn't help but chuckle at the man's proclamations. He spoke sturdily, and his pace as he encircled the Titan was even. A man with a conviction that could possibly rival Thanos' own, Toru's eyes met the Titan's at the end of his speech. "A world divided...You speak with such confidence. And yet with nothing, all the same." Thanos took a step closer. "I see a world ruined. Filled to the brim with empty stomachs, and black skies." He held the Gauntlet up level to his face, his index finger against the thumb as though preparing for a snap. "And this is the key to stopping it. You would watch the world collapse under the weight of your weakness."

The Titan snapped his fingers. "I'll be the one to correct it."

Toru seemed to mimic Thanos' gesture, snapping his own fingers. In the blink of an eye, the duo found themselves transported to a field, the hammer mounted on an earthen podium. The Titan glanced angrily at his left hand, the Gauntlet seemingly gone, and the figure issuing a challenge. His resolve intact, Thanos simply transformed the lower half of his body, propelling himself into the air towards the hammer. Hovering in proximity to the weapon, Thanos reached out slowly with his right hand, his fingers curling around the handle. With a sharp exhale, the Titan moved to lift it.

( Shutsubotsu ) - Apparition

Description: Apparition is a magical method of transportation based upon the actions of Summoning and Reverse Summoning jutsu. Appearing as the user being twisted and swirled into nothing within a swirling clear haze, accompanied with a loud rustling or rushing sound, while usually ending in a crack, as if the subject(s)t is being sucked into a vortex, one must be completely determined to reach one's destination, and move without haste, but with deliberation. After first determining a position, the user focuses his mind solely on said location before channeling Mahou. Similarly to Summoning, the user uses his magic to mark the location he wishes to travel to before breaking his body into pure mahou itself, dispersing and moving rapidly and reforming in the new location. While seemingly powerful, this has drawbacks on how fast it is performed and when the user reforms in his new location. The user, despite disappearing instantly, can only reform instantly within short range. If the user is attempting to reform within mid range, it is down near instantly, taking as much time as it takes to launch a kunai. When appearing in long range, there is a noticeable lag in between disappearing and reappearing, taking twice as long as previously, or in clearer terms the time it takes to form a normal jutsu.

Alternatively, through this jutsu, Dark Wizards are able to use their Dark Arts power to achieve unsupported flight. The user has the ability to turn into and emanate black smoke, especially from his cloak, allowing him to levitate, float, and shoot through the air, even while partially transformed into it. Moving at twice his speed, this allows a Dark Wizard a chance to afflict damage whilst moving through air at high speeds. While in this gaseous form however, they are susceptible to wind jutsu, being used to knock them out of the form. Flight is a passive B ranked ability, however usage of it means the user cannot Apparate within the next two turns or that same one.
Note: A ranked usage denotes a short to Mid range usage. After each usage, the user cannot use for four turns.
Note: S rank usage denotes a long range movement, preventing usage of this for three turns and F rank Mahou spells in the same turn. S ranked variant can only be used 3 times in all.
Note: Only Dark Wizards can achieve flight and by choosing to use this, they cannot Apparate for two turns for every one turn usage of it, meaning if flight is used for two turns, they wont be able to use Apparition for 4 turns.

The Mad Titan had moved towards the hammer, his lower body billowing in the wind as if it were some ghastly plume of smoke. As he lifted it, Toru lips curled into a smile, a nefarious one as he watched the man struggle to lift the hammer.

" Don't tell me that you needed a mitt to lift that," he chided as he watched. "Use your anger for something other than the pursuit of power. Why should you win? Because you think your idea is better? Prove it!"

Thanos pulled and pulled and it seemed as if the Hammer would not move at all. After some time, however, the hammer begin to quiver, causing Toru to smirk and mutter under his breathe.

"Yes...yes, that's it."

As Thanos continued to struggle, the hammer continue to shake and move, the Titan's effort showing on his face as beads of sweat gathered before finally, it broke free. As Thanos wielded the hammer, the power of it could be felt surging through him, the incredible power of a true God being within him. As he would turn to face Toru, he'd find that he had disappeared, only leaving a scroll behind that read:

You've done well, Thanos the Mad Titan
Now the time has come to meet me at the white monastery as your journey comes to an end
I ask only one thing in return, a good seat to it all​

( Mjolnir ) - Mjolnir

Description: Mjolnir is a mythical weapon of unknown origin. Rumors hint at the weapon being the blade of a lost God, capable of leveling mountains with but a single blow. Mjolnir enhances the wielder's lightning abilities, allowing him to channel all of his lightning based abilities through it without need for seals, Custom Elements included. A nigh indestructible weapon, Mjolnir is capable of surviving direct clashes with the strongest of attacks, though this invulnerability isn't granted to its wielder, and is capable of delivering A ranked strikes through direct contact. Because of it's ability to shift and manipulate it's own density, this allows the hammer to become unwieldable by any it deems unworthy, its weight becoming impossible to move - even by Shinra Tensei and other gravity manipulating/absolute abilities. This ability also allows it the ability to grant it's wielder the power of flight by swinging the axe and charging it, lifting him into air at x3 his speeds. This can be used once every 3 turns to avoid objects within reason.

Mjolnir is capable of it's own set of active abilities as well, the Lightning of Asgard, Odinforce and the Bifrost. The Lightning of Asgard is a Forbidden ranked Lightning ability, capable of releasing an otherworldly blue lightning that looks similar to flames. A Lightning technique with no weakness, the user points his hammer into the sky channeling it and then releases a massive 10m blast of Lightning of equal power to Kirin. The user can also make use of Mjolnir to use the Bifrost Bridge, dimensional energy which allows instantaneous travel to any location. A powerful, rainbow-like energy drawn to create a wormhole like portal, the Bifrost allows the user to link two locations for instant travel upon a 5 meter wide bridge that any can cross should it become open. Because of this, it can inadvertently affect enemies and allow them to travel as well should they be near the user when the portal becomes opened. The last of the Mjolnir's abilities are perhaps the most useful and and require the most to utilize; Odinforce is a mystical energy source that is essentially Natural energy amplified. The user can manipulate this energy once every 5 turns to create blasts of energy with a strength to anything it meets ( excluding Rinnegan, YY based, or S/T abilities ) to essentially destroy anything regardless of damage or rank. However, because of this power, use of the Odinforce prevents Mjolnir's abilities from working for the same time it takes to reuse the Odinforce, 5 turns. During this time, any and all of the hammer's abilities become defunct and it becomes just a giant hammer.

Thanos exhaled sharply, a surge racing through every fiber of his being. The feeling was indescribable, otherworldly. Like electricity had replaced his blood, coursing through every vein. His mind was of thunder, clear and powerful and terrible. He looked at the hammer intently, his other hand gripping the scroll tightly as his conviction swelled. Thanos looked toward the sky and aimed the hammer upwards, summoning forth the Bifrost. The rainbow-colored beam would transport Thanos away, sweeping him to his next location.

As Thanos wielded the legendary hammer and used the Bifrost to travel away, the wind begin to howl loudly, wind picking up as a wolf ran across the field, slowly raising on his hind legs as he stopped running.

As he stood, his appearance grew more human, his legs growing longer and his mane growing thicker and darker. As he became human looking like Toru, his appearance rippled as he smirked, transforming into a dark haired man donning shades of green and black as a loud crackle happened; Loki stood there watching with a smirk at what had just happened, before speaking softly.

"Oh, my brother. You have no idea what is coming for you, may the Gods help you."

With yet another loud crackle, the God of Mischief vanished.

Arriving in the mid morning, Nana and Noctis entered the town and marketplace amid a thriving crowd that were ready to trade and go about their business for the day. Looking around the crowd at the businesses, Nana spotted a not so busy cafe and nodded her head towards it infront of Noctis.
As they wandered in and were greeted by the hosts, they took a table near the back and sat down drinking some tea. Beginning to converse Nana asked

I wonder what the Tanigakure ninja wish to talk about...

Not sure, but I can bet they will want some kind of justice out of that scuffle that We started.

True, and I dont blame them. It was a bit tactless, and she should have known better, the first contact with a new village. We dont burn bridges, we build them first. Well I hope she understands the consequences of her actions.

What was her punishment?

I confined her to the village, giving her patrol duty and teaching at the academy.

Noctis shivered, and it wasnt because of the weather, he never fancied being stuck in the village for weeks at a time. Hence why he was happy to be the Korikages body guard.

The other ninja should be arriving sometime today, Im sure that we will recognize them, they will most likely stand out from the regular people here. It was wise of them to pick this place for a meeting, neutral where neither side has advantage.

Indeed. I doubt we will have trouble today, they wouldnt want to tarnish their village reputation here. I agree as well, although im not sure what they look like or who will show up, Im sure theyll be recognizable. Just depends on who spots who first.

The sounds of the women laughing as they gossiped was matched with the sounds of greedy men making deals. Bellatrix and Hela walked into the market place, looking around.

"They should be here somewhere, look for a Shimo headband in the crowds," Bellatrix said to Hela, her eyes scanning the field. Though she could probably use her sensing to pinpoint them, she didn't mind using muggle ways of looking around to avoid attention, though the dark colors in such a bright place probably does the opposite. Nodding towards a small cafe, she suggests they look there after not seeing them out in the streets and the pair walk into the cafe.

The sounds of the women laughing as they gossiped was matched with the sounds of greedy men making deals. Bellatrix and Hela walked into the market place, looking around.

"They should be here somewhere, look for a Shimo headband in the crowds," Bellatrix said to Hela, her eyes scanning the field. Nana and Noctis were finishing up their tea and about to get up and start looking around the market to see if anyone stood out, when she spotted two dark robed women enter the establishment. One with crazy wild dark hair, almost looking with disgust at everyone here, followed by a slender woman with long dark straight hair. They certainly didn't look like they fit in at the markets, and something on the back of Nanas neck made her think either these two are here for some trouble, or just potentially the Tanigakure messenger and Tekikage.

Most likely. I dont think anyone else would walk in here so calmly dressed like that. The confidence in their walk suggests that these are the delagtes.

As Nana stood up, Noctis stood with her as they both looked towards the two women. Locking eye contact, the women strode over towards them as Nana introduced herself and her partner.

I am Nana Shimura, Korikage of Shimogakure. This is my councilman Noctis. Would you perhaps be the envoy from Tanigakure?

As soon as Bellatrix spoke, she was approached by a fair woman.

"I am Nana Shimura, Korikage of Shimogakure. This is my councilman Noctis. Would you perhaps be the envoy from Tanigakure?"

Eyeing the woman, Bella noticed she seemed fairly nice and kind, something Bellatrix hated in a leader. She felt they should be strong, demanding, powerful - things the Dark Lord embodied.

"I am Bellatrix, First Lieutenant of the Death Eaters and Second in command of Tanigakure. This is my personal escort, Hela. Apologies for our late arrival, my Lady. We had business to attend to," Bellatrix responded, opening her arm towards the back of the tavern where a room was. "Shall we?"

As the group made their way into the room, Bella could only think of her annoyance that Joseph was unable to come. Though she set it up, it made little sense for him to not be here.

"My Lady, the last time we meet, a villager of yours attacked a citizen of Tanigakure unprovoked, leading to a small battle. Do you remember this event?"

Hela watched as they were approached by two individuals, most likely the one's they were meant to meet with. The way Hela and Bella dressed, nobody civilian would dare approach them.

As they began to speak, Hela and Atalants would step back a few feet, carefully watching them all the while. Her job was to ensure this peaceful meeting remained peaceful, so of course she remained in enough distance to hear the conversation. She made sure to stand in a "Non threatening way". These Shimo ninja are pretty jumpy or so she's heard.

Nanas expression was sombre, remembering the mess that had come of the scuffle. It was meant to be a first contact to promote some kind of kinship and alliance between the villages, but thanks to her ninja's actions, it might have left a bad taste in their mouth about Shimogakure.

I do remember this, a ninja of ours had gone to explore and initiate contact with other vilalges, but consequently either got too hot headed, or simply was reckless. It was an unprovoked attack on your ninja, for which I am personally sorry. I can assure you that the ninja in question has been discliplined severely for her actions. My village, is one that wishes to grow, and have peaceful relations with the other villages that have been growing.

Noctis would stand patiently as his kage spoke with the members of the other village they had scuffled with. Gazing around the marketplace he was somewhat more interested in the things for sale. As it stood the conversation didn't require his input and both the tani members were stood in a non threatening way and had no dojutsu active probably.

Bellatrix listened to the woman's reply, informing her that the ninja had been reprimanded by the village and that they still wished for peace moving forward. While that would probably please the Tekikage, Bellatrix had nefarious ulterior motives; she knew a village war would be the beat time to help the Dark Lord enforce his control over the world. She knew he was still at Hogwarts biding time before he struck and this war could be the perfect catalyst for it. Passively activating her Legilimency, Bella attempts to prod the duo's mind as she listened.

"As I recall and looked over the information after, a ninja from your village also attack our village, more specifically me directly. What is your villages response to this?"

Bellatrix turns to Hela as she seats, feigning confusion. "Did I hear the story wrong or was that it? No, that ninja is back in the village probably enjoying his fill of sake and food from defending the village. Do you think he should be punished?"

Bellatrix looks towards the blonde haired man beside the Korikage, possibly her bodyguard. Bellatrix had no intentions of attacking anyone, but prodding about to instigate beef... she fully intended that.

"And what about you, sunshine? What do you think? Want us to hand the poor little ninja back?" Bellatrix asked in a mockingly baby voice as she crossed her legs. She knew the words would likely irritate the pair and that's what she hoped for, anger and any reason to retaliate with proclamation of war.

Hela began to grin as Bellatrix spoke. Even without using Legilimency, Hela could read her mind like a book.

"A war Bella?" Hela thought to herself. This was no doubt something for that "Dark Lord" of her's, but a war for him? Truly she was devoted to this man. It made Hela wonder, what kind of man was he? Maybe she'd get the chance to see once war broke out, if he showed up of course.

"Punished? Ha! I believe he should get a medal for his patriotism! Not only did he win, but he spared your life. You should come back to the village and thank him yourself for being so... merciful," Hela's voice changed from mocking to a more somber, sinister tone. A twisted smile would wrap itself around her face as she let Bellatrix continue. Curious as to their mental state following her words, she would use her god given ability to peer into their minds passively.

While that would probably please the Tekikage, Bellatrix had nefarious ulterior motives; she knew a village war would be the beat time to help the Dark Lord enforce his control over the world. She knew he was still at Hogwarts biding time before he struck and this war could be the perfect catalyst for it. Passively activating her Legilimency, Bella attempts to prod the duo's mind as she listened.

"As I recall and looked over the information after, a ninja from your village also attack our village, more specifically me directly. What is your villages response to this?"

The reply from the woman caught Nana by surprise. With the expectation after being requested to have a meeting to discuss the incident that happened, it seemed to be mere gloating than anything. These two, without their Kage, seemed to be talking more personally than for their village. Nana noticed this, with the slight undertone in her words and voice, egging and baiting Nana into replying callously destroying any chance at repairing the bridge.
Nana smiled as she thought of her reply.

No, I suppose youre right, as I am still here, the ninja from your village did a terrible job of attacking me. Do you accept responsibility for this failure? It does look bad upon you the fact that he failed in his mission. Or do you deny taking responsibility for his actions, and believe that his failure was his own?

Standing, she claps her hands emphatically as she looks towards the pair. "So! Here's how I think is going to go. You're going to turn over the one who attacked us... and Blondie there, and we will be in our way and out of your hair. Or.... well, you can guess where this is going."

"As expected, Hela, they ran at the first sign of trouble. Sounds familiar?" As Bellatrix spoke, she walked towards the man examining the kunai he held. Choking him and lifting him off the ground, she grabbed the kunai with her free hand before tossing him to the ground.

Examine the seal, she notices an ornate marking on it, such as those from different Sealing scripts. "It seems he left something, we should return it to him, eh?" Sealing the kunai within her consciousness, Bella walks back over to Hela before speaking one final time as she grabs her shoulder.

"It'll be rude to not return his belongings to him directly, huh? Let's head back first though, I'm sure the Tekikage will appreciate this update."

Twisting in space, Bellatrix and Hela suddenly vanish in thin air, traveling back to their village.

( Shutsubotsu ) - Apparition

Description: Apparition is a magical method of transportation based upon the actions of Summoning and Reverse Summoning jutsu. Appearing as the user being twisted and swirled into nothing within a swirling clear haze, accompanied with a loud rustling or rushing sound, while usually ending in a crack, as if the subject(s)t is being sucked into a vortex, one must be completely determined to reach one's destination, and move without haste, but with deliberation. After first determining a position, the user focuses his mind solely on said location before channeling Mahou. Similarly to Summoning, the user uses his magic to mark the location he wishes to travel to before breaking his body into pure mahou itself, dispersing and moving rapidly and reforming in the new location. While seemingly powerful, this has drawbacks on how fast it is performed and when the user reforms in his new location. The user, despite disappearing instantly, can only reform instantly within short range. If the user is attempting to reform within mid range, it is down near instantly, taking as much time as it takes to launch a kunai. When appearing in long range, there is a noticeable lag in between disappearing and reappearing, taking twice as long as previously, or in clearer terms the time it takes to form a normal jutsu.

Alternatively, through this jutsu, Dark Wizards are able to use their Dark Arts power to achieve unsupported flight. The user has the ability to turn into and emanate black smoke, especially from his cloak, allowing him to levitate, float, and shoot through the air, even while partially transformed into it. Moving at twice his speed, this allows a Dark Wizard a chance to afflict damage whilst moving through air at high speeds. While in this gaseous form however, they are susceptible to wind jutsu, being used to knock them out of the form. Flight is a passive B ranked ability, however usage of it means the user cannot Apparate within the next two turns or that same one.
Note: A ranked usage denotes a short to Mid range usage. After each usage, the user cannot use for four turns.
Note: S rank usage denotes a long range movement, preventing usage of this for three turns and F rank Mahou spells in the same turn. S ranked variant can only be used 3 times in all.
Note: Only Dark Wizards can achieve flight and by choosing to use this, they cannot Apparate for two turns for every one turn usage of it, meaning if flight is used for two turns, they wont be able to use Apparition for 4 turns.
