How are you holding the blade (positioning)? What foot do you spin with?

If it's in your right arm and held forward, it'd make more sense to spin to right to left, because then you could use the length of the tanto to cut rather than using the point. It's a bit awkward the way you're doing it. Fix that part and we're golden. :)

As Selendrile instructed, remake the move. Start paying more attention to the way you are moving. If you are rotating, it would be slashing, rather then piercing. And, pay attention how you are moving, whether up or down, and where the strike would have been made best. Rotation side, pays a lot of attention too. Now, redo the move, but act as if, you are there, moving yourself. What you would see, do, and how you would act/feel. Proceed.

Obito after some time started doing technique wich he struggled to perfom correctly, took deep breath while closing his eyes as wind started to blow his black cloak his red eye could be seen in a tiny hole of his mask while fully concentracing. he held his tanto with his right arm while starting to sping from right to left using his left leg and placing it behind while rotating his body from right to left. his right leg was in air 20 degree angle, his right hand was in 90 degree angle in wich he held his tanto while his opponent was getting closer and when he got into close range obito didn't stop spin and continued spinning from right to left perfoming horizontally slash into the stomach area, going into to another spin while slashing one more time in stomach with the same motion.

Well done.

(Rakkasui) - Falling Water
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 25
Description: The user will drop down upon the opponent from mid air pointing their sword downwards and drilling it down into the opponent.

This is rather simply. I want you to jump into the air, hold your sword tightly, preferable, use your other hand, to secure the position of your sword, by, let's say, holding the tip of the handle with your palm, and when you are close enough to the opponent, trust your sword, onto him. I shall make a clone, don't forget to pay attention to detail, and take care when you use it.
