Everytime he creates a shadow clone his chakra is split evenly between them. 12 shadow clones have 1/12 the power of naruto, and infact, even if they could use 12 Oodama FRS (based off tthe chakra they possess) naruto's entire chakra stock would most likely be completely drained by that point.

The main fact is that 12 KCM naruto clones aren't each using oodama FRS. It's a baseless assumption that they each contain enough chakra to do such a jutsu seeing as 1 KCM clone ran out of KCM after using 2 rasengan and 1 Frs (Muu/Raikage).

Sasuke keeps swinging it and it hits more and more FRS getting bigger and bigger, fire flying over sasuke's susano'o and the ground. When all those FRS is up, naruto is left panting, and sasuke has a susano'o sword the size of mount everest. FRS doesn't destroy enton. Enton sword destroys it and uses all the fuuton in it as fuel, hence why amaterasu fell on juubi and not amaterasu-rasenshuriken.
