Well i can see other members talking about how fast KCM clones are despite Nardo not constantly moving at Shunshin speed.He hasn't even mastered his speed yet which is why he hasn't blitz anyone like Obito before he became the Jin.

Only BM has mastered it but i'm probably wrong.

even worse naruto's speed is linear so it can be traced with the sharingan like against bee

they have the speed but not the reaction feats, when he dodged the raikage, he explicitly told him he was coming thus all he had to do was time the raikage's punch. that isn't a reaction feat
