Incorrect. Obito isn't foolish. He was fast enough to teleport next to Sasuke, while the latter was in Jinton a second before it exploded, and teleport out of it along with Sasuke. You also have to realize that Naruto in his whole battle with Obito wasn't capable of landing a hit on Obito and that Obito was confident he could have warped Minato if he starting warping him as soon as he grabbed his arm despite the fact that the latter has instant teleportation.

Obito is simply too fast for Sasuke and absolutely none of those attacks will hit Obito, however, due to Chidori Nagashi, Obito's attempt to warp Sasuke would be nothing more than a failure. That is exactly why Obito will simply outlast him due to possessing Senju DNA.​

Sasuke was tired and in pain when Onoki fired that Jinton.
Naruto didn't use his speed against Obito because of the plot.

But the moment he get hit by Chidori Nagashi , he will become numb and therefore vulnerable to Sasuke's attack.

Which just proves that it is a legitimate feat for Kakashi and demolishes the theory that just because Obito stopped this Kamui, it didn't count when speaking of Kakashi's stamina and Kamui usage.

So yeah - battle-worn Kakashi can kamui objects the size of Gedo's neck with getting tired a bit.
