There must be reason why Tsunade, Jiraiya and Orochimaru renown as shinobi world legendary ninja, they are the best represent konoha and successful ninja role model who gone wrong. Everyone's claiming Kakashi will be so weak just because he lost his Sharingan. We haven't seen how he can handle things without it, and we haven't even come close to seeing his 1000 jutsu arsenal he's copied. Physical strength isn't everything for a Kage. Throughout the series several people have said Shikamaru would be an ideal Hokage just based on his intelligence. While Kakashi isn't as good as him on that ground, he's still pretty intelligent. Much more so than anyone else.

Also, regardless of Sakura's regenerative abilities, being decapitated is a different scenario than being bisected.

If it's a battle between Sakura and Kakashi, Kakashi beats her no problem.
Sakura's too slow, doesnt have anything besides chakra punches which Kakashi can easily doge with his speed. She isnt as experienced as Kakashi nor does she make good strategies. She's just useless fodder, who's been given a mediocre power up due to being in Team 7.


Kakashi and Tsunade would be an interesting fight though.

By using the chidori for so many years now, I think that Kakashi would've figured out a way to use his Raikiri without the Sharingan.
