Well, you were arguing about Sakura defeating him. He will be the weakest as of he is right now.

Sakura isnt smart enough to do that. And that's why she was so useless in part 1. And I think it would have been better if Kishi kept him useless in part 2 too because he didnt give power ups to the other females, who worked just as hard if not harder.

He doesnt have the Kamui anymore. That's why it is debatable that without his Sharingan is he stronger than Tsunade.

Don't forget that now he hasn't the sharingan anymore, so his chakra isn't sucked up constantly and he would have much more and larger reserves of chakra.

During the war he improved a lot in chakra control, he made raikiri and kamui his most used jutsus, which are S-rank techniques and normally are not suited for low chakra shinobis, especially kamui an uchiha doujutsu and kakashi masterd it as anon uchiha.
In war he spammed them, which leads me to think that now his arsenal of ninjutsus ( could be really 1000) can be used more often.

All in all i want to say that now kakashi even has improved his lowest capability : Chakra/Stamina

Without his Sharingan Kakashi has nothing on Tsunade. Even when he had it, there was a reason Tsunade was picked over him to be Hokage and was chosen to resume her position even though she had just gotten out a comatose.

Raikiri is an A ranked technique and you know what? Kamui doesnt have a rank and it never will because it;s the ability of the Mangekyo. The ranks of the techniques dont matter anymore. Naruto's Rasenshuriken and TSBs are beyond human comprehension.
