Raikiri is an A ranked technique and you know what? Kamui doesnt have a rank and it never will because it;s the ability of the Mangekyo. The ranks of the techniques dont matter anymore. Naruto's Rasenshuriken and TSBs are beyond human comprehension.
i just mentioned it, the point i tried to make was that in part 1 raikiri used to be a jutsu that eats up a lot of chakra, kakashi was only able to use it 4 times in a battle.
In war kakashi spammed it like it is nothing to him, which leads me to think that he improved chakra control or his chakra pool itself.
I just wanted to say that now without the sharingan kakashi would be able to use so many ninjutsus and other unknown jutsus.
Maybe he won't even use raikiri anymore cause he doesn't want to risk his life due to the fast stabs weakness(only without sharingan):fast counters can't be seen through
but instead he can spam lightning dogs (he doesn't need sharingan for that), or lightning clones, water dragons, water vortex, more shadow clones, raiden, the first gate,mud wall.... and many other not shown ninjutsus.
His current state can also be seen as an advantage, he will still be a big threat to every kind of opponent ( except god tiers), which make him a great hokage, the villagers can be save. They also have naruto in town.
