It has already been confirmed that Tobi is Madara Uchiha. My own thoughts about how it is possible:

Tobi = Madara Uchiha's soul/spirit/mind controlling Obito's body as host. Right before Madara Was defeated he obtained the Rinnegan and did some kind of soul/spirit/mind split jutsu and eventually he found a body of an Uchiha he could posses, Obito.
Tobi is also a semi-anagram for Obito: Obi To: To obi: Tobi

When ever I say Tobi Madara Uchiha I do it to make clear that Tobi is Madara Uchiha. If I want to talk about the other madara I will say Edo Madara Uchiha.

It has Not been Proven Tobi is Madara.

While i Agree there is a slim chance Tobi still could be Madara, Its very unlikely.

i'am sorry but sharingan can't see through object/stone/debris or whatsoever
that was bykugan ability, sharingan can only see chakra type and shape which, so saying that itachi sharingan allow him to see what inside the CT is wrong, itachi notice the jutsu weakness, because the black orb is themain center of the jutsu and with that he came up with the hypothesis that the jutsu will end if they destroy the black orb, that was came from itachi analysis, from what he see, and he's right,

but the main point is itachi manage to find out nagato shared vision the 1st time he encounter it, just like j-man did but itachi figure it out faster thx to bee attack, and with that knowledge he disable the summon view with his kunai, and that's where itachi can see the match end it means before he enter the CT he already planning to destroy the CT and pierce nagato with totsuka blade without being notice with nagato shared field vision which is already he disabled before that,

No, you are wrong bro, Both bee and naruto can first see the black orb at the center, but they cannot make a plan or way, can they? Itachi was more intelligent and taught naruto that every technique has a certain weakness, and told them to strike it with their most powerful long range jutsu, so that it will collapse. Sharingan didn't helped him lot.
