kakashi is a greater genius than itachi

I really dont get why people think Kakashi is such the big deal, dont get me wrong i really like the character his personality is cool and mysterious , but i dont think him is that brilliant or powerfull, in Mangas like this power is not that different from intelligence or knowledge you need the latest to achieve the first in most cases, Kakashi had an outstanding progress in his early years, plus he had one of the best mentors, also had the Sharingan implanted, achieved MS, had practcally everything to be one of the best and most powerfull Ninjas, but he is not up there, what Important Fight Kakashi won by himself? He pissed himself against Orochimaru in the first part, Zabuza had him, Itachi played with him like some genin, Kakuzu would of destroy him alone, Sasuke was about to smoke him if not because of his previous fights and blindness, 2 Pain bodies practically murder him, all this makes me think he is not the big deal even with all the tools he has. Shikamaru might be genius, but does he ever train or learned new jutsus? Kakashi has everything yet always comes short against the best Ninjas.

I wouldn't say Itachi is a Greater genius or Kakashi is a Greater genius.

Both became Jounin's at a very young age.

Itachi has Ms by 13
Kakashi created his own Jutsu by 13

Itachi acknowledged Kakashi's skills at Using the sharingan,
kakashi also acknowledged Itachi's Skills.

Kakashi unlocking Ms while not even being an uchiha is Proof to his genius.

I say both are about Equal

Itachi outsmarted Kakshi loads fo time in the manga, Kakashi = Genius, even Tobi Madara Uchiha was cautious of him.

yeah that clone itachi with 30% chakra and the purpose for that clone is to delay kakashi team arrival and succeed not to mention kakashi was accompanied with 1 chunin(sakura), 1 jounin level shinobi(naruto) and a kage rank (chiyo)

his task is to delay them and he mustn't fail and knowing itachi he can't underestimate kakashi since kakashi bested his base arsenal in part 1,only kakashi and naruto attack itachi and he was OUTSMARTED by kakashi which create a way for naruto to land the attack. In intel they are close to even but kakashi have the edge due to being compared to shikamaru.

Kakashi is smarter in combat. He fights by analysing and outwitting his opponents through combo attacks, Itachi usually analyses and directly attack opponents weakness, doesn't use combos or make plans. I say combos require more brain power.
