Like I said, its a theory I made after going through the chapter. I don't think Kishi will just lose to this point of manga by saying "all the chakra belongs to Juubi". This sentence could be applicable when it was the Sage's era, not now.
Human developed their own chakra by learning how to do it. That's not Juubi's cookie now. What remains is the Bijuus' chakra and Hashirama's chakra.

Right, right.. ok well like I said before, Chakra originally stemmed from the juubi. So it's only trying to get it all back, just like it says in the manga. The princess stole the juubi's fruit, it got mad at her for stealing its chakra and only wants to get it back...

Also, the sage sealed him in a moon-sized chibaku tensei, and the juubi remained there dormant for over 1000 years or who really knows when. So now that he's around taking chakra, it sees it as the people who have learned to use his chakra thanks to the sage teaching them... This is only my opinion on it, though it's not to be taken as fact, the juubi probably thinks it's still the era of the sage.. it didn't live through the generations to see madara and hashirama grow up, it didn't see shinobi villages... what it knows since being sealed is man possessing its chakra and its trying to get it back.

Well the difference was that you said that the tree was not in no way shape or form attacking Madara, or anybody who doesn't possess the kyuubi or hachibi's chakra, and how I explained to you that madara's susanoo cloak was absorbed by the tree. You said that it was because it was attacking hashirama and that Madara just so happened to be in the way, eeh, but I disagree with that, simply because he was also dodging the tree branches, so it was after him as well.

God Tree got mad at the princess because she stole its chakra. But it was the God Tree's opinion. She didn't stole the chakra in actuality. Even if Juubi is taking its chakra back, it can sense who got its chakra. It won't attack everyone with the chakra.

mm, ok well like I said before, the god tree is only trying to take back it's chakra. Did you not listen to what I said? You just said it was his opinion, and that it sensed Naruto's chakra in the form of the bijuus. Well why do you think that the juubi saw the sage within naruto as well? Like I said before, the juubi still thinks it's the sage era, and so looking at Naruto reminds him of the sage, the bjuus within naruto was a reference to the sage being the jinchurriki of the combination of ALL the bijuus. The juubi is mad at the sage because it's also using its chakra. When the sage became its jinchurriki, it became just as much as a sin as when the Princess stole its fruit and so, the god tree is trying to take back all of the chakra men have stolen from him.
