Yeah but the problem with that is they don't work in the same way he does. The "problem" here is that he suffers a lot of health related problems and he deals with it differently.I really don't need to hear it. There are thousands of mangaka out there. He is no exception.
There's a reason why WSJ is so lenient towards his breaks. Excluding the obvious reason of his past contributions, his health problems and work ethic is part of it most likely.
