I really don't need to hear it. There are thousands of mangaka out there. He is no exception.
Yeah but the problem with that is they don't work in the same way he does. The "problem" here is that he suffers a lot of health related problems and he deals with it differently.

There's a reason why WSJ is so lenient towards his breaks. Excluding the obvious reason of his past contributions, his health problems and work ethic is part of it most likely.

holy crap just finished episode 2 and im already really liking it. too bad its stumbling to produce more material. where there at now is there any clues to how far in the series they are?
He said he has a few story arcs in mind.

Yup, that series is at its final arc.

Finish up HxH, its one of the best shonen IMO. Or at least up there with OP like someone already mentioned.

If you want to try Magi, watch the anime or read the manga...

Bro HxH 2011 anime was awesome. One of the best anime I have seen.
Story was good. Especially one part when a mother sees her daughter again
If u watch carefully u will notice how much kishi copied HxH.
Eg: Hunter exams & Chunnin exam
Sasuke & Kurapika
Sasuke/Itachi relationship & Killua/Illumi relationship
Sasuke & Killua have same lightning affinity & both of them are killers
Even kaguya's design is copied from one of the HxH movie

Go straight into HxH 2011. Don't bother with the 1990 version as you'll just have to stop midway and then continue on and/or get used to the different voice actors and everything with the 2011 version which covers much more content.

The manga is on hiatus, and God knows when it will be back, although recently some whispers are being made regarding its return. The anime stops at the end of an arc, and the manga basically introduces a new one only to be stopped in the middle (so its not like AOT, it hardly covers any ground).

I recommend just watching the 2011 version till the end. And then waiting for the hiatus to end before picking up the manga. It's also worth noting the manga looks like dogshit compared to the anime.
this, tbh I have been watching naruto since I was like 12 and now I'm 20, so I'm more hooked to it, no matter which anime is out their I would still love naruto more, but hxh is just awesome, one of the mangas I have no problem agreeing being better than naruto, I like realistic stuff, and hxh is more realistic, no bullshit nakama power, if you are outclassed you are outclassed, I like how they run away in face of danger, that's why I dont really like Onepiece, coz I hate it when people don't die, law for e.g has been getting the beating of his life, arm sliced off, was filled with bullets, and he was okay, that's what pisses me off bout op, its like its directed more at kids

I think Law is Immortal because he ate OPE OPE no mi fruit.

No he aint immortal, the fruit does'nt grant the user immortality, but the user can use the fruit to grant eternal life to someone and user dies, that's what doflamingo is after
if I remember properly Law was dying because of that White syndrome disease thing.
No medicine/surgery can cure him(we saw in Corazon/Law flashback)
But after eating that fruit he became stable(not to forgot his time was up) & he ran away from Mingo
Even those lead bullets can't kill him(technically he should be dead with lead poisoning)
That's why I think he became Immortal after eating OPe OPe no mi.

Don't read the manga.

The anime gives it a good final. The manga isn't finished and never will. So if you just watch the anime you won't end up being like I want to know what the **** happens next

Law mastered the fruit to the point where he was able to continuously hold onto his life and prolong his stamina. Doflamingo deliberately didn't kill him the first time he shot him (3 times). After that, Law used his abilities in various ways to keep himself in the fight.
Basically, the Ope Ope fruit helps grant him ridiculous amounts of stamina.

I can agree with this but he aint immortal in any way, but not just law, many other xters shoulda died that did'nt, that's my point, a quake punch to the neck shoulda ended BB, he doesnt have any known defence to defend against that, or lao G not dying from a kick that can split a continent, or enel frying people at extremely high voltage, or many other examples, why won't they phucking die, that's why I view op as a show for kids

So you view OP as a show for kids because not many people die ?
That's quite a narrow-minded way of thinking...but,if its your opinion then fine.
OP is most popular among Adults whereas Naruto is most popular amoung Teens/pre-Teens.
Also, There's definitely been more gore in OP (Overall) than Naruto (Overall) even if less people die in OP.

There is popular misconception that people in One Piece don't die.
Here are few guys who are dead in OP:

Big Characters who are dead- Whitebeard, Ace, Gol D Roger

Marines who are dead-Bellamere, Corazon,Jaguar D Saul

Villains who are most likely dead- Vergo, Monet, Shiki(if u count strong world canon)

Dead Characters who were related to MC - Zoro's GF, Ussop mum, Robins country, Brooks previous crew, Franky's teacher etc.

Dead characters who were related to side MC- Laws family, Rebecca's mum, Shirhoshi mum etc...

Not counting fodders who died during Impel down Arc,Marineford Arc, Alabasta Arc, Dressrosa Arc.

Most of the deaths were before op started, and the mostlikely dead might not be dead unless shown, its op afterall
