You have done the slapping thrust which is many pressure bullets, but this is just one massive bullet that hits and blast through the target and continue into the distance causing havoc and leaving paw imprints as a souvenir.
You focus large chakra into the paw and swipe it release a very compressed and pressured air that moves at enormous speed.

Also tell me ways you can make good use of this in battle.

I start by focusing large amount of chakra in my paw while assuming my stance, thrusting my paw foward, I'll release the chakra using it to push the wind in front of me at extreme speed, this wind would turn into a shockwave that'll tear through objects easily.

Thinking about it, I can use this jutsu to push myself out of range of certain techniques e.g Swamp of underworld, I will use the jutsu without taking a stance causing the reaction force to launch me out of the swamp.

Why waste a high rank jutsu just for that? The next jutsu i'll teach you will be good for escaping a swamp. Though I was expecting you to bring up a combination when you at first confuse your target with a technique of your chosen then you finish him with this. I am suprise yall don't talk about how deadly this is when combined with taijutsu. If you happen to touch your target during taij then he is toast. Can be used in conjunction with palm attacks(c-rank taijutsu).

It has no elemental weakness. Its nuetral as its not fuuton.

Description: This is a very complex jutsu the
bartholomew clan members use, The jutsu
itself has two variates. The first is simpler
but harder to use, so hard in fact that only
bartholomew clan legends can perform it.
The user will place his paw on his own body, using the power of the paws he will literally
repel his own body to a desired location.
Because of the immense speed of the
repelling, it appears that the user is literally
teleporting to a desired location. However
this is not the case, the user is actually repelling himself, thus moving(not actually walking like the second variate of the jutsu) at extremely fast speeds to the desired location. Almost as fast(but not quite as fast) as madara's teleportation. The second variate of the jutsu is more complex but easier to use, The user will use the powers of the paws and repel the friction in the air. They then simply run without friction. Despite their weight most Bartholomew clan members are surprisingly fast, so if they were to run without friction, in fact if anyone were to run without friction their speeds would be insanely fast.

You are actually only learning the second variant which is the bolded part.
You have to ability to repel matter as a whole even friction. So the ability lets you punch forwards with your paw and thus repel the fiction from the air before you. You are then able to move/run at immense speed. This is just like removing leg wieghts and when I asked Lili, she said the speed is rather equivalent to 4th Raikage's Flicker movement.
try this with several combinations and ask questions.

I would point both of my palms backwarsa while focusing chakra in my paws, using the chakra I would repel the friction in my movements rapidly increasing my speed.

I would use this technique to run out of the range of swamp of underworld, another usage is to first use a genjutsu to bind target and then this technique to rip opponent's head off, another usage is to use a jutsu as a diversion e.g Kage shuriken jutsu and then continuing by using this jutsu with a Taijutsu technique.

Sokka would place his hands forward with his paws facing priest,he would then focus chakra into his paws and repel the friction in the air.Sokka then dashes towards priest's clone and rips his head off with a sword which has chidori on it.

Can i get out of swamp of the underworld with this technique?

No you can use it to get out of SOTU. Only the first variant can be used as such as this still allows you to run.
Also Mako, you are not repelling friction off your body but from the air.
Say, I slap forward and removes the friction from all the front of me up to mid range. Then I can move with immense speed.

Still I like a more detailed scenario from you too.

Standing mid range from target, I'll assume Rock Lee's stance, right hand in front of me, left hand behind, pointing my right paw at the target I'll repel all the friction up to the target, laying a frictionless path, I'll simply run at the target, reaching his position I'll jump then drive my right knee into his face, the momentum and speed gained will allow me to crush his skull with ease.
EDIT: Since we barthos can run without friction, does that mean I can easily run on slippery surfaces?

It depends on your definition of friction. Friction air means, air resistance and it has nothing to do with slipery surface. If the slipery surface is enough to make you trip then you'll be affected. Removing friction from the air means, you can run without an oppsing force which is your body paving way through the air. But since nothing of such is presence again, you can move freely and now at immense/flicker speed.

What I was hoping you ask me is that, would your opponent also benefit from the fictionless situation? Answer that.

They'll get the speed but since it's unexpected and they are not trained nor are bartho, the opponent will trip and fall

Both are right in a sense.
They don't know how to controll the frictionless situation thus its is only accessible to Bartholomews. Even if the air is without friction, they can not utilize it.
