If you took your time to read my post, more or less the same I took to read yours, you'd be knowing that you keep repeating a reasoning explicitly contradicted by the manga.

Itachi is not perfect nor flawless.

Assuming the huge analysis searching for depth you refer to is the post I copypasted earlier, you're still wrong.

Even if someone is so shallow, blindfolded and/or enamored with Itachi that he doesn't just see how disturbed, arrogant and sociopathic he was and how his actions usually missed their goal, at some point in the story Itachi is so kind that he openly tells that to the reader in clear, explicit words so that even if someone didn't get it yet, it is openly stated.

Itachi is interesting because he's problematic and dark. He is nowhere near an epitome of perfection.

You guts don't undetstand itachis chakra reserves/stanima at all..

He has amazing chakra control and doesnt use jutsu idiotically and wastefully which allows him to fluently use a good portion of his arsenal.

observe the sasuke vs itachi fight..

he uses sharigan genjutsu for nearly half the fight which takes quite a large amount of chakra

then he uses tysyukuyomi which also takes alot of chakra

then he uses some katon techs

then he uses amaterasu for good amount of time

then he is also able to pull up a full armored sussano, i also believe he uses a shadow clone or two


add all that together and his stanima/reserves are well above average

not too mention he had his MS how many years which proves he used it smartly.

I agree completely.

He was intentionally keeping up his large Susanoo just to waste chakra. And this was after he used Clones, Genjutsus, Tsukuyomi, Katon, multiple Amaterasus, and defeated Orochimaru's Eight Headed Serpent.

Itachi can also use a smaller version of Susanoo which is less strenuous on his body. Just the ribcage of Susanoo is enough to shield against the likes of a Big Ball Rasengan lol

Itachi has many flaws. Unlike you he is my favorite character in naruto. He is the definition of a true shinobi and hero who sacrificed his life and potential for the leaf village and his brother. He protected it in the shadows and got no recognition, instead he was seen as an S rank criminal. Itachi was a genius in battle so I wouldn't be surprised if u think he has no flaws or weaknesses but he does. His weakness was his love for his brother and the leaf villiage but this aspect is why I respect the character so much. He had extreme amounts of potential , enough to even surpass madara and even hashirama. Just imagine if itachi was truly evil and took sasuke's eyes and gained EMS.just imagine if he were to acquire senju DNA from orochimaru and totally solved that low chakra problem. But no itachi is a hero and that is why he is my favorite character

Itachi's weakness is his pacifistic attitude. If he would of just killed danzo and root then solo'd his family if they tried rebelling none of this would of happened. But he had to follow the shinobi code and follow his elders orders for the "better good." Poor guy was doomed from the start.
