Tobirama, is a Senju who has fought Uchiha for all of his life. For one, If you think he's making eye contact with an Uchiha, Esp when he's a sensor and has the means to simple not do it is idiotic. The kages who were completely new to this fighting style managed to pull it off for the duration of the fight, A being the only one that slipped up and got Caught. It's a sad argument to say people like Hashirama and Tobirama will make eye contact. There's inductive reasoning and there's unproven common sense.
Tobirama has Shadow clones that he utilizes in the way he fights. Even though this fight is no knowledge. He knows about Susanno through Madara. And understands the chakra and toll is costs to have up . From the time Itachi even tries bringing out this ability he'll just dance around him with ftg untill he wears out.
Itachi's best option here is to get him with Amaterasu which would be detected with sensor skills, and even then Itachi couldn't differentiate which shadow clone was the real one in the first place.
This leaves Itachi's biggest option being his two non eye contact genjutsu. Which could potentially leave a small opening to act.
As I said, at that point, it's anyones match.
But with knowledge tobirama would definitely win the majority of there battle. I didn't mean stomp rape. Just Itachi won't be touching him rape
