but the totsuku balde is a Sealing sword, not chakra. , so i doubt he can absorb that, since it would probably seal him, . Susano'o is chakra, Totsuku blade is a sealing, in the shape of a sword. So absorbing susano'o might get him sealed

itachi chooses to torture ppl its part of his tech, he is in control of that world and they have the basic purpose to disturb the chakra of the opponent he does not have to torture them, look at when sasuke used tsukiyomi on bee he just fell to the ground that is what genjutsu is buut itachi takes it to a different lvl by torturing them but he knos that is useless on dead bodies but still use it to stop his enemies.

but think about that if he does it short it weaker it's better long lasting
so if itachi did that to bee a lariet with sasuke will happen all over again,
it's just a waste of time

No becuz if his mind could be specifically targeted through the bodies then Nagato should have been in the frogs cube, yet he wasn't, becuz his mind was not imprisoned, only the tendo's pseudo-mind was.
