in itachi's genjutsu there is no use in stopping chakra flow and releasing it together...... it was already once been tried by naruto and failed....... and there is no chance for that when itachi is using MS.... in 1 sec nagato is flat

but the alternate is also true..... nagato using his rinnegan means itachi will be flat in 1 sec....

How can he put Nagato in a genjutsu? He is facing Pain

this is a fight with nagato and his paths right so obviously he can aim the genjutsu on nagato. isn't nagato present on the battlefield.

lol i said Genjutsu Is Genjutsu: Dosent matter how it's delivered.

for example: I kick a ball at you, Then I Throw a Ball at you, The same thing Happened Right, The only thing diffrent was How it was delivered, But the Outcome and result was Exactly the same.

So once again Nagato most likely isnt immune to Genjutsu.

Even jiraiya's Sound Genjutsu Turned into a Visual setting. It showed Pain inside of some Cube, Pain saw himself inside of a cube, basically thats Visualisation since PAin had to "See/Visualize" that he was inside of an cube, and he couldnt even get out.
An actual sound genjutsu is Kin's which she used on shika

And plus no where does it say Pain is immune to visual genjutsu. It woul'dve BEEN said that. So until it sais Rinnegan is immune to visual genjutsu, Its not until kishi states that somewhere atleast.

Yes but he is hiding behind his paths and cannot be seen by Itachi because of the paths and they are fighting him while Nagato hid and is getting protected by the paths.

but the eyes of pain are linked 2 nagato brain. it all goes down 2 this.since genjutsu scrambles chakra and controls nerves, will chakra be scrambled in tht body or nagato himself since he is chakra source.

if your implying that nagato could get caught in genjutsu with one of his paths, im inclined to say no, j-mans genjutsu with his ma and pa only affected the three paths it caught, you saying it should of did the same with nagato? and even if its possible, where does itachi's amazing stamina come from when casting that genjutsu on a target thats mind is a great distance away, he was weakened in the short distance with kakshi, ponder the distance with nagato, i doubt it would even be able to reach him.

OK guys so i made a thread about 2 of my favorite villians or at least we thought they were villains. But anyways, they are my 2 favorite akatsuki! Many of us have seen that in almost every other thread, these 2 are being compared! And i know some ppl are gonna say that this thread has been made but trust me i searched it and i only found similar threads like Itachi is stronger than Nagato, but never found Itachi vs Pain. Well in my thread these 2 are fighting 1v1 in a battle to the death. A lot of people say that with his 6 paths Pain is stronger but some ppl say that Nagato without the paths jutsu are stronger which is more of an advantage then having 6 bodies. Whatever the case in this battle Nagato is with his 6 paths but his jutsu's are about as powerful as ever. As for Itachi, he is completely healthy and so has a lot more chakra then we have seen. Both are in full health and in great condition. Who wud win???

well ur evidence did say it affects the brain so itachi wud be forced 2 attack a dead body's brain if he used it on one of the pains. thx they almost swayed me i was goin for nagato in beginning anyway. i fought hard 4 him lol
