that's a tough one,I'd say minato,and trust me,I like itachi more tham minato but it's just that even with susanno and amaterasu it would still be useless because of that techique and I don't think it requires any chakra,of course the fight will be very annoying because minato is just going to run all over the place til itachi runs out of chakra,wait what am i saying? itachi is waaay too smart to fall for such a dumb trick,but I still go with minato I guess. and it's because partly of what kishi said,but I don't think he understood the depth of what he was saying,I doubt he took every ninja into account when he said that,and that was two years ago,kabuto has ressurected many strong ninja,I don't think minato was stronger than all of them

After reading ALL kishimoto's interviews i dont believe in a lot of the things he said, a lot of them are wrong, never happened and just incomplete ideas. I noticed he like to change the story a lot.

For all you people who are already baging on minato and saying how itachi wins. You are wrong and i have one sentience that proves it.
We don't know all of minato's moves therefor you cannot say one is better then the other.
If you don't belive this then tell me this. Who is better Hashirama Senju Or Tobirama Senju. I'm pretty much asking the same question just two people you don't know anything about...

twerdos pls read my arguments b4 posting stuff i said that minato would beat itachi i never said he could not do it, i said it was hard for me to believe(not saying its not true) that he was stronger than hashirama who beat madara ems and kyubi, and he did not state nagato was stronger than minato its really hard for nagato to actually win against minato cos minato is pretty much instant fast and touching nagato once would result in his death and nagato is even bad with mobility, i don't see his chances high since none of his attacks would really get him either but nagato beating him is definitely possible but IMO not probable.

I don't really care who's stronger but i voted for Itachi just because i love him sooo much. soowy minato i love you too for being naruto's dad but i just love Itachi more... Minato would probably win tho... im confusing myself.:T_T:

Cool tell me who was stronger then Minato that was alive straight after itachis fight with sasuke and has too be a few aka Nagato and Madara look at kishis interview you argueing with the creator of naruto?You twist things a lot it said Minato>Itachi then said a couple of ninja alive were stronger then Minato who else but Nagato and Madara so in kishis view at this momment in time

i am not twisting anything man i never said itachi> minato read every post i made b4. It did not say nagato outwardly did he he said "without going to much details i'd say there are a couple ninja stronger than minato", he did not state nagato but it very well could be, likely madara but we do not know every ninja out there. I am not arguing with the creator did he say nagato is stronger than minato? no so stop making assumptions it is u who are trying to twist by automatically assuming that it is nagato when we do not kno if it is clearly him or not and accusing me that i am arguing with the creator that minato is stronger than nagato, i am not saying that u r wrong u might be completely right but u r accusing me of twisting things but i am not at all i am saying that is we don't kno every ninja we can only speculate and IMO i think minato can win against nagato. And remember that things change over time. It could be other ninjas we don't kno maybe nagato, muu, kabuto with oro's powers and edo tensei, madara and maybe shinobi we have not seen its not set in stone as u put it.

I stilll voted for Itachi because the interview was in 2008 before we seen Susanno and the truth about Itachi because he was never fighting %100.Kishi didn't wanna spoil us so this thread fails. Everybody says Minato but don't seem to realize the interview is almost 4 years old
