^ That scan says C1 is already tolled to maximum extent of explosive force... should have never brought that up eh.
"Toned down to the maximum possible extent. Used mainly for covert operations or sneak attacks."
It's Deidara limiting the explosive release to as low as he can, don't just read bits of it River. The second sentence even explains why it's a certain way.
Have to thank AC for this.

Legit just talked it over on Skype, dingus.
C3 is the max. cap Deidara has. Doesn't mean he can't make the run of the mill more deadly or create more C3's with Kisame's chakra given to him
His point was that the C3 is enhanced. And that was wrong.
The differences in C-1 - C-3 is literally just the level of chakra Deidara puts in them.

You're referring to that timely process of Deidara altering earths properties with Ninjutsu that again is subject to whether or not Kisame has already consumed the terrain with his suiton Jutsu; being a rather high possibility as Deidara would not need clay until the reserves he carry's on his person are almost depleted? Not in this matchup.
Didn't specifically state Deidara would get the chance to do so in this match-up. Was just checking if you were aware that he was capable of that. To begin with, Deidara is the team's main tool for offensive attacks. Considering the new information about Iron Sand from the novels - i.e. that it uses electricity or rather Raiton to affect it's electromagnets and expand, Deidara doesn't really stand much of a chance against Sasori who is very familiar with Deidara's offensive tactics. At worst, Sasori could probably either blow back the bombs or diffuse them via the Raiton used in Iron Sand.
Sasori could more or less arm Itachi with an Iron Sand Armor, too, in order to protect Itachi from upcoming C1 attacks. Whether Itachi and Sasori want to go for a 20m golem like the guy in the novel does or just simple Armor is up to them though.
You cannot give Sasori feats of the Iron Sand Golem bruh. Sure, Iron Sand armor is implicative as Gaara could do it in Part 1 and it's merely an armor. But the Golem would be a far-fetched ability as we don't even know if he could do that/would ever choose to do that. And all C1 attacks are dodged by Itachi without much trouble, and Susano at v1 should suffice against C2.
Hmm? Not giving him the Golem feats. Just saying Sasori can create the golem if they ever want to since the golem is created by just replicating your body scalar appearance and creating a huge ass armor or human shape around you which is testimony to the statement that Iron Sand can be shaped into anything.
Was just saying that Iron Sand's expansion and magnetic properties depend on Raiton or electric properties in general. Technically, Sasori could re-create some electric properties that would diffuse Deidara's bombs.
I mean, Itachi's Shunshin > C1 or C2, sure. In the air though? Not much ground to run on.
Ok fair enough.
Why would Itachi need to be in the air? He'd be far better off fighting from the ground and using his Karasu summons to use their Genjutsu on Kisame, or transcript Amatratsu or Tsukiyomi and one shot Deidara given his lack of knowledge on this technique, and the lack of ability to counter Tskukiyomi. Not very sure about the raiton part. That would imply explosion release can take on some raiton properties because explosion release uses Raiton, but that makes little sense. In the same way Raiton would only manipulate electromagnetic properties rather than electric properties.
Been following your debate and though Waltz has a most comical way of wording his strategy Satetsu Shigure did break the sound barrier though so it still applies. The Databook even says this:
His point was that the C3 is enhanced. And that was wrong.

Yet Chiyo was capable of comfortably reacting to it, and defending not only herself, but Sakura as well, at the last second from around a 20 meter distance. I'm not going to entertain the laughable notion of the IS traveling 400 meters within a split second and knocking out it's target before the fight even begins. Flimsy argument, right along with Totsuka sealing Kisame's suiton.
And what are you, his alt? What a cornball.
Deidara applies his C3 chakra, along with Kisame's chakra, into an appropriate amount of clay. Thus, an enhanced C3 bomb.
Rasa, who also possesses magnet release, doesn't have a raiton infinity.
Rasa, who also possesses magnet release, doesn't have a raiton infinity.
...We just discussed this.
C3 is the maximum and the cap of his explosions as Deidara and Databook state. There is no bigger bomb than that he can craft with C3 chakra. So Kisames chakra would only affect quantity not quality.
Read above. Thought Magnet Release was = Doton + Raiton, not Doton + Fuuton.
I've said this a couple of times, but I don't really remember jack shit from majority of the manga.
