POLL: Is Obito WORTHY of redemption?
Over the course of the series, Obito has done many things.
THE BAD :devil:
- Corrupted Nagato, a rinnegan user who could have been a huge positive asset to the world.
- Secretly took over Kirigakure and began the "blood mist" era. Resulting in the deaths of thousands of children, causing many nin like Zabuza to grow into evil doers and eventually caused the death of the Mizukage.
- Created the "new" Akatsuki, an organization responsible for thousands of civilian deaths and the deaths of Chiyo, Asuma, and the jinchuurikis.
- Attempted to kill infant Naruto.
- Unleashed the nine-tails on Konoha, which later lead to the discrimination of the Uchiha, and the deaths of Minato and Kushina.
- Helped Itachi slaughter the Uchiha and then collected the eyes of his dead clan members.
- Manipulated Sasuke's hatred into something worse, and has Sasuke attack Killer Bee and the Five Kage.
- Murdered Konan.
- Created the zetsu army.
- Declared war on all countries and took Kabuto as an ally; resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths (including Neji's), and released Madara, the Juubi, and Kaguya on the world.
THE GOOD :ilu:
- Helped save Rin's life in the Third Shinobi World War and saved Kakashi's life.
- Unintentionally saved Kakashi from the Hidden Mist attack.
- Gave Kakashi the sharingan, which in turn helped Konoha in many different future struggles.
- Stole Jinhcuuriki chakra from Madara and saved Naruto's life.
- Saved Sasuke from Kaguya's desert dimension.
- Moved Kakashi and Naruto out of the way and took a fatal attack.
- Gave Kakashi both of his MS, which Kakashi then used to help defeat Kaguya.
Does Obito deserve redemption?
