Is Kisame higher than Kage level ?

What exactly is 'higher than kage level'?

I don't think he is since there are some kages that I feel can push him to very high or even beat him.

Yes he did, but that doesn't change the fact that bee was handicapped in the fight much more than Kisame.(since he had to protect his comrades-so he couldn't transform). I also completely disagree with the bold.

Yep that's legit but as you see they blitzed him. Raikage can blitz him again. Ohnoki can use earth to destabilise his movements from below and Jinton. And we don't know how high of an impact his jutsu has . Even Bee blitzed him

There is nothing onoki can do stop him. Moving the ground isn't going to help. Oh and bee blitzed a zestu that transformed into kisame

Or he could immobilise Kisame with a singe touch(with his added weight technique) and then Jinton him. (all he needs is a touch to do it)

Yes I do he absorbed 3 tail worth of chakra from bee.
This can tank anything onoki uses against him bsides Jinton ofcourse

Umm, just the other way around. When her muscles were cut she lost her monstrous strength, this tells me that most of Tsunade's strength is purely physical.

Minato has no way of taking Kisame down, he lacks firepower big time, while Tsunade will be able to kill Kisame in a taijutsu fight.

jinton would destroy samehada. Sure the sword can absorb 7 tails in one swing, but it doesn't absorb it in an instant as it has to first make contact with the beam and then it begins to absorb.

Rasengan will be absorbed since it's chakra. Stabs and slashes won't kill him since he can heal the damage easily.

I think he is mid to high Kage level but no more.

Kisame w/Samehada is around kage level... The fact he was considered to be an ideal person to capture tailed beasts are due to his ability to absorb chakra from opponents and nullify his injuries [which helped them to capture Jinchurikiis without prolonging the fight]
