Is Kisame higher than Kage level ?

Actually, now that I think about it, Kisame's style may not be well-suited for fighting most Kage. I still think he's at least mid-high Kage level though

Sameheda is the only reason. Kisame said himself he's known as the tailless tailed beast b/c the stronger his opponent the stronger he is. Most fail to realize he absorbs chakra. It's not all his.

Pain - Obviously Kage level. He basically took out two hidden villages by himself. (God Level lol) (Kage Level)
Konan - I doubt it. The only skill we have seen her use is turning her body into paper and mass bombing :/ (High Jounin Maybe...)
Deidara - He beat up Gaara, the Kazekage, so he is at the kage level. (Kage Level)
Obito; - Obito i really dont have to explain (Kage Level)
Itachi Uchiha - Stronger than Orochimaru, who killed the third hokage (Kage Level)
Kisame Hoshigaki - Huge Chakra, probably kage level. (Kage Level)
Kakuzu - He wasn't really that strong. I would say he is kage level but not a stong kage. (Kage Level)
Hidan - The only thing he has got going for him is the immortality, so I don't think he is kage level. (Not Kage level)
Sasori - He took out the kazekage. Plus he is epic cool. (Kage Level)
Orochimaru - He took out the third Hokage (Kage Level)

Raikage blitzes him, Ohnoki can use Jinton from all directions,Mei can potentially take him high diff with lava style and acidic mist

So? Bee was holding back even more. He didn't even use his full bijuu mode in the fight, whereas Kisame was using some of his strongest moves in the fight.....

I doubt it he tanked 6 gate guys strongest attack and then another attack from him when he tried to move after that he had enough strength to break out of the mokuton that was holding him. Tsunade punches won't do much. Kisame win mid diff

Whoa...I think that might be a little bit of an overestimation haha. I'm not really sure how to explain it, and maybe I was right the first time. I just feel like the stronger Kage have the ability to deal with him. I would put him at high-Kage I guess. He could be above though. I'm not really thinking well tonight

Yep that's legit but as you see they blitzed him. Raikage can blitz him again. Ohnoki can use earth to destabilise his movements from below and Jinton. And we don't know how high of an impact his jutsu has . Even Bee blitzed him

Kakuzu - Debatable... but, i still think he would make it Kage level
Deidara - He, BEAT Gaara, who was the KazeKAGE .. you could say, well he was protecting the village as well, but face it, Deidara didn't even use his... Giant super atomic bomb or whatever.. i cant see Gaara surviving that :/ (Not the suicide bomb, The other one)
