Something about Naruto being above "rest of K11" doesn't sit right. Naruto has combat smarts, but you have to fish for the rest of him.

I wouldn't even say combat smarts because he makes too many mistakes during battles.At best Naruto is clever sometimes during fight.i definitely wouldn't put him above the rest of the K11

Obito isn't that intelligent.

Madara just fed him loads of intel on the shinobi world but I will credit him for psychological warfare, even if he did pray upon easily exploited shinobi.

In this context, that is only one factor to take into consideration. Gathering intel in battles, tactics etc are as important , if not more important.

If i'm not mistaken, they said (White and Spiral Zetsu) that they are more intelligence than humans, and Obito is fused with the Spiral Zetsu that taught him tons of sh!t probably, and he learned things also from Madara...

Half the story is based on a plan Madara made and he is only tier 3? That doesn't sound right. This guy was the first uchiha with ms, ems the only person that figured out that senju DNA is needed for rinnegan. The one who figured out how to revive the jubi ect.

I can't think of a character that discovered that many things or made plans as big as moon eye project.

OK but in tier lists everything is about power wise, Nara's intelligence won't help them to win against let's say Killer Bee in 1v1, but Obito's intelligence will help him more than what Naruto's intelligence helps him, you got my point.
