I'm tired of writing the same paragraphs over and over, so i'll condense each point.

(1) Madara's will. Madara's brain. So Madara said it.
(2) He fought Sasuke non-stop for 20-30 minutes, Jiraiya will have no time for SM.
(3) Fight is not good for reference. Itachi threw the fight, he wasn't even challenged by Sasuke. Hence, "Itachi would have killed you if he wanted".
(4) Yata Mirror is a spiritual weapon built into Susano'o by Itachi. It is not Susano'o.
(5) Itachi was made bloodlusted by Kabuto. He was aiming to kill Naruto, and had no control of his actions. If he hadn't had his personality, Itachi would have killed Naruto.

I'll take it from your last post that I have convinced you Itachi is the 5th greatest shinobi.

I'm not biased toward Itachi; I just know what he's capable of. Also, as you can see from my rep bar, I'm a very respected member on the base. Most of it comes from Itachi.

Manga clearly indicates by now that Killer B is stronger than A but why is A the Raikage? Simple, Leadership qualities. The Amount of respect and leadership A claims over his constituents is unrivaled atleast in Kumogakure alone.
Same analogy can be applied why J-man turned down the title of Hokage and preferred Tsunade instead and why Hiruzen shaped Orochimaru to be the next hokage only to change his mind and chose Minato as his successor instead.
