This is due to 64 palms requiring Taijutsu skill in "movement" not Chakra control like TLF or Rotation.

-Because no other member apart from Neji and Hiashi had it which is why they didn't show it. Only the heir and leader gets Rotation.

But Neo you're using the fact that Hinata didn't show rotation in the war as a basis to show that Rotation is the pinnacle of Gentle fist techniques? Hinata has known skills (64 palms That alone confirms the bar has been dropped for Hinata having your Byakugan active has never been a condition for using GF techniques(except 64 palms needing to see the chakra points). I don't get how you come to that conclusion, there's no distinction being made by Tenten between offense and defense. She is saying that Neji just showed a portion of his genius with Rotation, but that 64 Palms would be the TRUE showing of his genius.

She doesn't need to make that distinction when its clear as day. Rotation a defense , so clearly Neji's true show of power would be his offense after showing his defense.

Never said TLF is more useful, and Hinata choosing what she wants to learn before other techniques doesn't really matter.

So Hinata could use TLF but couldn't release Chakra from her whole body to save her life? Not only that but she already had TLF in the pain arc but by the War she still could not emit Chakra from her whole body even tho she already had 32 palms?. Chakra emitted from whole body = GF mastery. Hinata was only said to Master Gf after the War. Hinata already had TLF and 64 palms before she mastered GF. Rotation = GF mastery = Roation>>64 Palm in difficulty of Chakra control.

The reason Hinata messed it up in the War before mastering it was due to poor movements. Rotation and full body Chakra control comes from Chakra control mastery of GF. Hinata in War is not a master.

Not really the case. You yourself told me Wall Palm is very complicated, and evidenced by only Hiashi and Hizashi knowing it, not even Neji, then this argument that full control of the Chakra Points is the be all end all in complexity in Gentle Fist style doesn't hold weight. Since Wall Palm only uses the hands like Twin Lion Fists yet it is so advanced not even Neji who knew Rotation could use it. Thus your argument that Rotation and Full Blow Body are the pinnacle of Gentle Fist in terms of complexity doesn't hold up.

Kaguya's Vacuum Palm is also more complex than Rotation, no? And it is also a Gentle Fist technique, which uses Shape Manipulation to change the form of the Chakra shot out of the Palm into fists, while Air Palm is just a burst of Chakra with no Shape Manipulation.

Wall palm is irrlevant in my argument. Neji not having it despite mastering GF long ago is enough to show that Wall-palm>>>Rotation in difficulty and that any who can use Wall palm can use Rotation. Bad comparisons which dont correlate with the comparison of 64 palm to Rotation.

TLF is based on pure Chakra control. 64 palms is based on expert Taijutsu movements incorporated with Tenketsu strikes. Hinata can do 32 palms and messed up 64 because of poor "movements". So how does that prove 64 palm>>Rotation and TLF.

Rotation is orally thought yet Hinata never had it in by the War despite having Hiashi and Neji. Its not that she never showed it as the scan with the 3 Zetsu clearly shows that Hinata never had the situation under control in that instance.

Wall Palm is pinnacle of Gentle fist techniques bevause it was proven that Neji doesn't have it.
