I think hashirama and madara's wood style are equal... i mean, madara has more power behind it, but hashirama has more skill and training behind his. I think that about equals each one out.
Oh god. It never outright claimed Hashirama was the strongest. The best it could do was say he was the strongest of his era; he was 'called the strongest' (at THAT time in the PAST, BEFORE Hiruzen). Minato was never outright said to be the strongest. Hiruzen was just plain outright said to be the strongest, with only Tsunade being omitted from this statement amongst the Hokages. So unless you believe Tsunade is the strongest hokage, there really is nothing to debate.

though didnt hashi get strongest of his era by a few people...anbu called him and his brother the strongest shinobi...and i wouldnt rate knowing 1k genjutsu that much of a big deal ..he cant perfom them all ...(kakashi knows 1k genjutsu too doesnt he?) ...i wont talk about oro fight ... and yes he is called god of shinobi ...(though i believe only so6p is god of shinobi but thats just me)

Hiruzen was a master of over 1000 Genjutsu's, he Also has a 5 in Genjutsu

In my opinion; Senju Hashirama is stronger than Sarutobi Hiruzen, He's just a beast(healing without handseals just using mokutun ). But Facts Manga said clearly Hiruzen is strongest. and It's possible, Hiruzen's masters Hashirama and Tobirama + he's Genius, knowing all konoha jutsus, 5 nature element, he has god of shinobi title after all. You can say anything about that but all of them are just your opinions.
