Hiruzen no God of shinobi?

Hashirama was God-like in his generation.

Hiruzen was a God-like in his.

But when both are together. Only one of them is called "God of shinobi". See the difference sir?

He said he "WAS" hailed as God of shinobi because he was talking about Hiruzen's prime, it was Hiruzen's prime he got the title of god of shinobi, and it was his prime that was hailed as a God, Not his old state.

They call it speaking in past tense.

Part 1 isn't irrelevant, never has been and never will be.

well then going by that statement, hyuuga are the elder son descendants instead of the uchiha, but we know that's not the case. Hiruzen just got bumped down the totem poll among the hokages, as of last few chapters. NO one acknowledges his power at all. It's obvious at this point, that he's been ret conned just like the hyuuga.

He said "was hailed" meaning in the past he was hailed as this title, so it could be referring to his prime.

Hiruzen training Oro was the subject of the conversation. Not Hashirama. However instead of saying anything about Hiruzen. He just said its a honor for him to be praised by the God of Shinobi. Big difference.

No cause you get weaker as you age and then your title begins to fade. I believe Hiruzen was called that in the databook as well

Yeah, but kishi does change his mind every so often, this to me is one of those times, Hiruzen has had 0 hype in part 2, even Minato has still had bits and pieces of hype from bee and kakashi, none of the former leaf ninja brought back through edo tensei said a damn thing about Hiruzen. It's so obvious the guy's hype never made it to part 2.
