You know, besides Itachi's eye bleeding, which always happens before Amaterasu is cast, and Kabuto wondering what the hell was going on the very next page. But keep on ignoring that.
So, to you, Nagato can only predict what jutsu Itachi is going to cast by seeing whether or not his eye bleeds? Genius!
No, that was not the point I was making at all. You said there was no proof that Kabuto was making Itachi use Amaterasu before KA came into play, the above was in response to that. We already know that Nagato can sense Amaterasu without needing to look at Itachi's eyes because he was behind Itachi when it was about to be used.
Nagato controls his summons only if Itachi permits it. Itachi was able to control a Dragon Sage who trained at the legendary Ryuchi Cave. I think he can control a bird and a dog. I already supplied evidence that Itachi can do so in the previous comments and panels. If you care to ignore that, it's not my problem.
... Your "evidence" depends entirely on the requirement that Nagato's summons fall for Itachi's genjutsu in order to be under his control. Again, with knowledge, Nagato is not going to let his summons look into Itachi's eyes (something easily done seeing that he controls them with chakra rods much like how he controls the Paths), which means they'll be safe from being controlled. The part of the post you quoted even highlights that, yet you bring someone who was caught in a genjutsu already as "evidence"?
And that's not getting into the fact that even if Itachi gets one of Nagato's many summons into a genjutsu (in other words, the bull, the rhino, crab, chameleon, centipede aka much more than just a bird and a dog), there is no guarantee that his control over them supersedes Nagato's control through the Rinnegan and chakra rods. Even if it does, Nagato simply cancels the summon.
The state of Sasuke's MS eyes are irrelevant to whether Susano'o pains him or not. He complained about the pain of maintaining just the ribcage whilst he was fighting Mei, and he was in so much pain against Danzo that his Susano'o reverted to a lower stage. Therefore Itachi will be in pain if he uses Susano'o constantly (so much pain it'll cause him to revert from its higher levels), which he needs in order to defend against Nagato's attacks.
Probably one of the stupidest comments I've read thus far. The state of a Sharingan user's eyes has all the relevancy in the WORLD. Sasuke had JUST gotten his MS and had literally NO idea how to use it. He went up against the 5 Kage and thensome, so how can you not expect him, a new MS Sharingan user, to feel pain? He was even surprised that he felt it.
Look at the links provided again. Every time Sasuke complained about the pain of using Susano'o nowhere did he state that it was because he was just starting out with MS. Hell, nowhere in the manga is it stated that the pain from using Susano'o is dependent on the state of your MS. If anything, the implication is that it gets worse the more forms you unlock, as seen with Sasuke failing to maintain his most recent version (at that time) against Danzo, a link I also provided.
The only one saying that there must be some link to the pain of using Susano'o and the blindness inflicted from MS is you. In which case, provide manga panels indicating as such. Otherwise I will disregard it as speculation.
Irrelevant anime interpretations of a scene are irrelevant. Another example of you stating subjective beliefs with zero evidence behind them

Gj!
The manga is made by Kishimoto. The anime is not. Therefore scenes from the anime are irrelevant.
[/B] Yasaka Magatamas have shown to be able to nearly pierce Gaara's sand gollum, a techinque used by the second greatest defense user in the anime and manga period.
Madara's Magatamas have been shown to do that. Madara who used far more Magatamas than Itachi's 3, has far more chakra, and whose Magatama couldn't destroy Chibaku Tensei either due to the fact that its feats pale in comparison to 4 tailed Naruto's Tailed Beast Bomb, which would have gone through that defense like a knife through hot butter.
Itachi's feats with Yasaka Magatama don't even come close to Madara's, whereas Madara's feats with it don't even come close to Kyuubi Naruto's Tailed Beast Bomb. Therefore he has no hope of destroying Chibaku Tensei.
If it can do that it could easily pierce something the size of a tennis ball.
What exactly does its size have to do with its durability?
Only after its done does it look bigger than the background, according to you. The thing is, it only looks that big because it's IN the sky, not the ground, which everything else already is.
"It only looks that big because it's in the sky"
LOLwut.
The mere fact that it looks big in the sky is a testament to how big it is. Planes don't increase in size when they go up in the air. Come on now.
The Gedo Mazo was only able to do that after having the combined power of 8-9 Tailed Beasts.
Wrong. Gedo Mazo did that with 1-7 Tailed Beasts stored inside it, and that was with a significant amount of their chakra devoted to creating the Zetsu army. Basically the same number of Tailed Beasts that would have been stored inside it had Kabuto made Nagato summon it during their fight against Naruto, Bee and Itachi.
Besides, the Gedo Mazo is being controlled by Nagato. Nagato will be left vulnerable when over 20 massive poles simultaneously stab Nagato in the spine.
But that's not going to happen seeing that Gedo Mazo actually has chakra inside of it to function. Meaning Nagato can use it much like Obito did.
Also, he doesn't need to fight Nagato and implant it. He can simply Shunsin no Jutsu himself a distance away and transplant it then. It'll take Nagato a bit to find him since he'll teleport quite a distance away, even if he is a sensor.
Speculation. Nagato will know where Itachi will be easily, due to his feat of sensing where Kabuto was miles away, even though he had a barrier up. In which case, Nagato just blasts everything in Itachi's general direction with an Asura Path chakra cannon.
The eye doesn't take that long to activate. Obito had it implanted in Kakashi and seconds later he was able to use it to fight his opponents.
Kakashi also had a medical ninja there to perform the surgery, something Itachi is not.
And when he does use Izanagi, Nagato would of already thought that he was stuck in the CT. He'd end the pull of the gravitational force completely, and if he doesn't, Itachi will just reappear behind him because of Izanagi and just assassinate him from behind. Even though Nagato's a sensor, he won't be doing any sensing because he'd think Itachi is dead. Once Nagato's dead or at least injured, the CT's gravitational force would end.
That is faulty reasoning. Nagato is going to search for Itachi's chakra (and make sure it disappears completely) to make sure he is dead before he ends CT. Which means he's going to know when Itachi uses Izanagi and will sense when he appears right behind him. In which case Nagato employs any of the defenses I've noted before.
And that's not even taking into account the fact that Izanagi has never given anyone the ability to materialize at a distance so far away from where they "died". Otherwise

wouldn't have happened.
Nothing Nagato has can pass the Yata Mirror.
He doesn't need to. He'll just attack the parts of Susano'o not protected by the mirror. Itachi's Susano'o has never blocked something as powerful as

(which will be much stronger due to the fact a healthy Nagato is doing it himself instead of through a Path). Even assuming he can block it, Itachi can't keep up Susano'o forever, what with his chakra reserves being lower than Nagato's and the pain he will feel from keeping Susano'o up.
He can't even react to the Amaterasu in time, mobile or not.
Nagato was never in a situation where he had to defend against Amaterasu. The one time he was hit by it he wanted to be defeated and Kabuto was trying to figure out why he couldn't control Itachi. Here he can sense when Amaterasu is about to be used and defend accordingly, whether by Preta Path, Shinra Tensei (which will also blow Itachi back with its sheer range) or blocking line of sight with an Animal Path summon.
Itachi controls his whole entire summoning arsenal.
Only if every single summon Nagato has looks into Itachi's eyes, which Nagato would not do seeing that he controls the summons and has knowledge of Itachi's genjutsu.
Oh, did I forget to mention that Itachi can use his crow Shunshins also to read all of Nagato's movements from a distance/and or the sky?
Please provide proof that Itachi's crows/crow clones relay information to him the same way that a shadow clone does.
Itachi can break Nagato's visual link (already demonstrated in the anime and manga) while Itachi is the one having a visual link with his crows. That plus his precognitive skills, Nagato isn't catching him off guard.
Itachi blinded stationary summons while their attention was focused on Naruto and Bee, big whoop. Here Nagato only has one target, is mobile, and would know not to allow his extra viewpoints get blinded by kunai.
