and I don't see how creating a tech based off a bijuu makes that bijuu the strongest?

the durability of the sand took on Susano'o slashes man. five of them! That's got to be a feat in which can sum up to simply one tbb.

Gaara wasn't able to hold 5 susanoo....

and there is no way in hell 5 incomplete susanoo=a TBB, a blast powerful enough to create a crater
