IDK hard to say since we never got to see what they could both do....from what it looked like though, it comes down to how Roshi's defense handles Han's offense (his power kicks were enough to work on the equivalent power level of a Falcon Kick).

Roshi's bijuu looks powerful and difficult to handle, but however as for me i think Han bijuu five tails is faster and stronger, i dunno why bit i just think so. Exactly like Kyuubi and two tails, like super fast.

kyuubi is only the strongest in the naruto BM combo because of the fact that its just a glorified chakra cloak, thanks to naruto special body somehow they become stretch armstrong and are capable of making many limbs because of it. This isnt the kyuubis natural ability as we have seen when ever the kyuubi began to take over naruto bodie vs pain it showed no signs of entering that form.

The natural kyuubi is really no better than say the 2 tails or the 4 and 5 tails. The other juubi have there own advantages that put it above the kyuubi, 7 tails an its flying 1 tails and its sand, 8 tails and being able to spawn from it limbs, 6 tails and its poison etc

The Kyuubi isn't the strongest. Due to us not seeing any Bijuu host going as far as Naruto in progression we can determine that Naruto is the strongest Jin. However, as a tailed beast solely? Kurama is not the strongest. I'd argue Shukaku is the strongest of the nine.
