"Yea... put some clothes on lady..." Takeno would look at her with furrowed eyebrows. She was a weird woman with very bizarre questions, but Takeno had his fair share with weirdos over his short time in Tsumigakure, so he wasn't gonna question it.

Tsukiumi nodded. "Do you think my outfit is too revealing?" She asked the boy, completely oblivious that the question was maybe a little inappropriate. "Wait, what. You don't ask a kid that." Isobu face palmed.

Takeno would look back and see another person he was not familiar with he let out a loud groan and put his face in his hand

"And you are..."
Someoen you should probably get to know... or not your choice, though I could potentially be handling your missions, training, and pay if Sado ever, got overwhelmed. Desmond would cross his arms and place his right hand on the lower part of his mask.

This post marks the beginning a mission using the following elements:

  • Sign a contract with a mythical beast (B Rank)
  • Tame a beast (C Rank)

Finally arriving back to the Graveyard of Sin, Mirabelle and Naomi finally reached the end of the voyage. “Well it’s been a pleasure, keeping myself company…” Naomi said laughing. Never the less, the clone gave a cheeky smile before dispersing into a veil of white smoke. A bit saddened, Mirabelle knew she could call upon her for help any time anyways. She started to walk away towards the direction of the kage mansion until there was a sudden roar in the distance. “Help!” a voice yelled out. “Monster!” another one said. Mirabelle’s mind immediately came to the conclusion there was another Beast of Tiamat nearby, she needed to get rid of it fast as she could. Heading to the direction of the commotion, she stumbled up north of the capital until she reached her destination. There it was, it wasn’t a beast of tiamat, but it was most definitely a beast. Standing there, was a 7 meter tall dragon-like creature of sorts, it’s large body smashing into several buildings.

A set of ninjas tried to capture it but was meet with a fiery stream from the draco’s mouth. Mirabelle immediately sprung into action. “Everyone! Take refuge away from here, other shinobi remove the stragglers. Leave the lizard to me…” she said running past the others. Many had concerning eyes , some wondered who was this crazy lady but most importantly – how was she going to tame a dragon? As the dragon saw her approaching, it roared once more as it reared its head back to prepare for another move.

Mirabelle was prepared, once the monster unleashed a powerful fireball now instead. Mirabelle would effortlessly conjure up a transparent shield composed of water with a light blue hue to it. The water would not only cushion the impact, but it also adapted to the nature of the flames, now becoming superheated water as she manipulated it to reflect the same size and shape as the water. She released it back to the dragon, who simply flapped it’s large wings to avoid the technique. “Filthy human! Do you really believe I would be that easy to defeat!?

No but I’m more than likely will beat you, you’re just an overgrown lizard afterall

HUH?! I AM A WYVERN YOU CUR. DON’T YOU EVER COMPARE ME TO A LESSER SPECIES AGAIN!

The wyvern was now mad, but the Hayabusa was unphased by him. The wyvern simply dove down in order to inflict a bite onto the girl with it’s giant maw but as he thought he captured her, the clone she left behind would explode in his mouth. The draco would shake his head, a bit dazed but before he could fully recover – Mirabelle would appear above him, unleashing a powerful stream of flames from her mouth. It burned the reptile, enough to leave burns on his body.

Had enough yet…

Tsk…seems I underestimated you…ningen…perhaps a reward should be in order…

Hey what are you!?

She tried to speak before the Wyern unleashed a powerful stream from his mouth. It wasn’t fire this time, it was a special stream of flames that once it cleared up left a mark on Mirabelle’s arm. “There, you are now branded with the Dragonic Diagram…you can now call upon the power of the wvyerns…think of it as a curse but also a blessing. Not all my brethren are as tame as I am, so summon them at your own leisure…

The wyervn explained. His time here was done, causing him to begin to set off into the skies. “Wait I didn’t ask to be apart of your stupid…” she tried to finish but the wyvern didn’t care to listen. His objective after all was to find another worthy enough human to control the power of the wyverns. She would look at her arm, now with the mark of a dragon. She didn’t know how to feel, this could have been a trap afterall but never the less, she bite her thumb and swiped blood onto the the tattoo in order to see what would happen.

She made the needed hand seals, which as she slammed her palm onto the ground, it summoned a five meter tall wyvern. “So I guess it wasn’t all a lie…” she commented. The wyvern looked a bit startled at first but his eyes glanced over to Mirabelle’s marking. The creature would lower it’s head, as though it was offering her a ride. “Come, I will take you to your desired destination…” the creature said. She smiled a bit, as she stepped onto it’s head. She immediately held on, directing the creature towards the Kage Mansion.

After a few minutes of flying, she arrived at the kage mansion. She jumped off the wyvern as the draconic creature started to fly off into the distance behind her as she came up the steps. “Missed me?” she said to the occupants of the mansion as she stepped in. Once she was done, she arrived to see Sado and the others all gathered in the room. “Sado, I managed to get back here alive haha. I fought against what I think was a clone, but I managed to kill it. I came back to report all what had happened while in Shimogakure…but word got around that we manage to win, is this true?” she asked. She noticed there was someone else creeping around, a new person perhaps. She approached them grabbing them by the hand and brining them inside. “Also look what I caught~

(Suiton: Haha no Be no hogo)- Water Release: Mother's Beloved Protection
Type: Defense
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will generate water chakra outwards and manipulate it in a way to create a sphere around the user. Initially very difficult to notice for the normal eye, it becomes even clearer to see when it clashes with a technique. Essentially the water acts as a cushion against techniques, absorbing the impact of the attack. The moment the technique is rendered useless, the sphere will begin to form itself around the technique it negated. Creating what many would consider an exact replica of the technique, but this time in a watery form. However, depending on the nature of the technique, it might contain a trait, done by waters unique elemental interaction with different - but logical working - elements. Example is if the sphere touches fire, it will create a replica in a watery form, but very hot to touch. Lightning makes the water shocking. Wind makes the water sharper. Regular water will simply recreate exactly how it was. This transfer will only work on techniques A-Rank and below to (Strong S-Rank fire and below and other elements weak to Suiton ; A-Rank and below for elements strong to Suiton). Not all elements will be able to cope with this, such as, solid earth, wood, steel, etc. Solid elements that might have a chance to be effective (lava, mud, etc), after contact will exist as material devoid of chakra. Elements that do not reciprocate with the technique at all, will not be effected, and clash with the original technique making the sphere nothing more, but a defensive tool. The reflection can be of any sort streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. As well as elemental variants (ash, gas, unfocused electricity, etc).

Note: Can only be used three times
Note: Can not be used in consecutive turns
Note: Can only be taught by Joker
Note: Can only absorb and transfer elements that work logically (KG and CE alike)
Note: Elemental strength and weakness stays the same

(Ninpo : Hane mawaru eafurōkabā) - Ninja Art : Gambol Shroud
Type : Offensive / Defensive / Supplementary
Rank : A
Range : Short
Chakra Cost : 30
Damage Points : 60
Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user after performing two hand seals Horse → Tiger exhales a big-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact. The fire ball has a given solidity property to it, being able to punch through solid obstacles without exploding.

(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.
Summoning Technique: Wyrms of Legends (Kuchiyose no jutsu: Densetsu no Hiryu)
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary/Summoning
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/a
Description: The technique allows the user to summon Wyrms. The procedure for the summoning is fairly standard, following the same steps as regular summoning technique. In addition to that, the user has the liberty to use tattoo’s as well as incorporate the summoning ritual with other techniques as individuals have demonstrated throughout the series. Wyrms are mature Wyverns, they are capable fighters of different types, natures, colors/appearances, sizes and ranks. Wyrms range anywhere from 1-15m of length and a maximum wingspan of 25m. Each wyrm possesses a natural ability (no chakra cost) as well as a chakra nature, their strength of their abilities is equivalent to their ranks. The user is only capable of summoning wyrms proportional to their own strength, so wyrms by different users would differ in base strengths despite their ranks. In a single use the user can summon a single S-rank, 2 A-rank or 3 B-rank Wyrms. Their types are as follows:

Continental Wyvern: The most common kind of flying, fire-breathing Wyvern. Their natural talent is Fire breathing. In addition to the ability to fly (at speeds of: Users Base speed Lvl. +1), they also have a strong Jaw (Abnormal bite force, equal to wyrm’s rank). Continental Wyverns possess Fire and Wind natures. They can use their natures and natural abilities up to their own ranks. They do not possess the ability to use shape manipulation, so their attacks, chakra based or natural talents, only come in basic forms such as fire balls, streams of fire, gusts and twisters of wind.

Piscine Wyvern: Piscine wyvern are less common amphibious Wyverns. They are majestic creatures with scales that break down light to prism, and wings adept for swimming and flying alike. Their natural talent is the ability to create an electric field. Piscine Wyvern do not possess fire breathing abilities, but they have an electric organ instead which they use to discharge electrical attacks. They can operate in water (speed=Users Base speed Lvl. +1) or in air (speed=Users Base speed Lvl. -1), and possess water and lightning natures. They can use their natures and natural abilities up to their own ranks. They do not possess the ability to use shape manipulation, so their attacks, chakra based or natural talents, only come in basic forms such as lightning bolts, electrical fields around the body, waves and whirlpools of water.

Brute Wyvern: Brute wyvern are an even rarer breed of wyvern that underwent evolution slightly differently. They sports a pair of long, highly developed forelimbs instead of wings. Over the years, their wingspan was reduced to hardened fists. Brutes are agile combatants (speed=Users Base speed Lvl. +2), capable of jumping high and over long range distances. They do not have any natural abilities, but they are capable of using taijutsu (within reason) as well as throw punches up to their own ranks. The can only use earth natures, up to the level of specialists and are capable of using shape manipulation.

Deviants: They are a collective class of Wyverns with odd features. This category encompasse all Wyrms with peculiarties such as two heads each capable of breathing fire or multiple pairs of wings. Deviants are capable of using shape manipulation, and can have the natural abilities or qualities of any of the previous 3 types defined in any combination. They can have any of the 5 basic chakra natures. Deviants are one of a kind (so only one can be summoned at a time), their speed is always [Users Base speed Lvl. +1], they are always S ranked and they can use natural fire breathing or electrical organs twice per battle.

Note: Each Wyrm can have One chakra nature, restricted to the natures the type of Wyvern can have.
-An S rank Wyrm has a chakra reserve of 300, and it can use its Natural Ability(s) up to 3 times per conflict. A rank Wyrms have a reserve of 150 each, and can use their natural skills twice per battle. B rank Wyrms have a reserve of 100 each, and can use their natural skills once per battle. Only a single Deviant (S rank) can be summoned at a time, it can have a reserve of no more than 200. Wyrms stay in battlefield until their chakra reserves allow.
-Each ranked ability natural or chakra based, costs one of the user’s 3 moves per turn though they can be performed simultaneously with the user (unranked use is considered free form).

End of Mission.

Chise had every intention to stand on that doorstep until either addressed or made to move, whether she intended to or not. For years now she had the ambition of becoming a Ninja, but she couldn't rightly recall why she came to that conclusion. Was there a specific book she read, or perhaps someone she had talked to or overheard? She considered the latter less likely, given that was precisely how she discovered Tsumigakure in the first place, so surely there was dwindling odds that everything in her life was made of up happened-upon rumors and chatters.. right? Perhaps she was exactly that compulsive. She didn't know much else in her life apart from simply taking action on every opportunity that presents itself, no matter how small a "piece of bread" it was. Regardless of her reasons, she concluded within herself that she had no other options at this point. At least none that would be acceptable in her mind. She only could wait until she was either turned away or brought in; there would be no in between for her.

After a pause and a break in the standard rumblings of a village, Chise heard a curious sound coming from the sky, like large fans bellowing against the air with every hard yet natural wave. A shadow gradually overlayed the area around her; walls, the ground, roughly the entire broadside of the Mansion she stood in front of. This broke Chise from her internal tug'o'war as she gradually shifted on the backs of her feet, stepping back just enough to peer over the runoff roofing that extended overhead to cover the doorway. Then, she saw it. A massive wingspan, coiling tail that whipped at the sky as it practically coasted through the air. Her eyes naturally grew wide, mouth agape just enough to let a breath of awe. She had read about such creatures in stories before, but she never took the time to actually consider their realism, until now that is. Chise lifted a hand, placing it directly down her line of sight with fingers outstretched apart, palm toward the Wyvern. She peeked through the gaps of her fingers to still see the beast, almost as though to check occasionally whether or not it was still there. Was this just another one of her hallucinations? No, it was too detailed and had too many impacts on the terrain around her to really just be another vision; a trick of her mind that has plagued her for as long as she can remember, but that's only all they ever seemed to be to the world around her, regardless of how real they were to her. ".. I've only been here for a few moments it feels like and already.. something like this shows up.." All her life, excitement took the form of moving from place to place, hopping between odd jobs and the occasional quarrel she'd have with her nightmares-made-manifest. Chise rarely had the pleasure to take in something of an experience she would consider "rememberable" for the rest of her life, yet this was certainly to be the first.

Suddenly through the gaps between her fingers, Chise spotted a new, less precise and obvious silhouette that had leaped from the edge of the Wyvern. She squinted a moment as she slowly lowered her hand to get a better look at what it was, but instead found her question change to not what, but "who." "... w-Whaat..? W h a t!? Hey, wait, hold on!" Chise began to panic as she saw the silhouette now as a person. Had they been captured by the creature looming overhead and somehow broke free from their claws, were they just a normal person that wouldn't be capable of surviving a fall like this one? Chise quickly fumbled forward in an attempt to rush down the few steps leading the the entrance where she stood, likely in the attempt to try and "catch" the falling person, having no real regard that such a fall as that one would do little more than injure the both of them severely without any guarantee of survival in the first place, but that didn't matter to her in the heat of the moment. Nor did it seem to matter all together, either. Just as she made her attempt to rush forward, almost as if time had slowed just to let the falling individual collect their baring and land gracefully in front of her, Chise blinked a couple of times in rapid succession as if to clear away the uncertainty that they in fact now just stood on the ground with not so much as a scratch on them, heading for the Mansion with complete confidence, as if they belonged there. ".. Uh. w-Who are yo-- Aaah! h-Hey, wait a moment!" Just as she began her inquiry, Chise's hand had been clasped by the person who had just dismounted a Wyvern, mid-flight, with no gadgets or other utilities to assist their descent. It struck Chise: Was this a Ninja? Surely they could do such a thing with little effort. As she pondered this possibility, she hadn't quite noticed how far she had been dragged into the building before realizing she now stood among several other figures, all of which seemed to chatter amongst themselves and each other, only for the woman who dragged her in there to announce to them all, directly, Chise's existence with a simple "hey, look what I caught!~" Chise's face turned beet crimson as she struggled to even format a thought, let alone take in everything that was happening all at once. She passed a rapid, blurry glance around the room before simply stuttering "Uh.. h-Hello.."

This marks the end of my mission.

( Sandāu~ēbu ) - Thunderwave ( Doombringer )
Type: Tool
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: N/A ( - 5 per turn when used )
Damage: N/A
Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, and a microphone. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.
Sado lifted both of his hands and snapped both of his middle fingers against his thumbs as two clones split from his position and went out to meet both Mirabelle, her new friend, as well as Mala and her bijuu. Marty went to meet Mirabelle, and Greg went to meet Mala, while Sado continued talking to his council, and highly esteemed allies. He was fixed on the topic of the celebration.

What should we name it? We've already used Sacrifice of Sin, I want something new, something bold.

De-... Grenth. Banri. Vegeta. Vayne. Mirabelle if you can hear me, make suggestions.

Also, give ideas on how to hold the event. @Vegeta @Pyro NB @Shady Doctor @Hokusai

Marty would move toward Mirabelle more directly instead of just being an auxiliary character to the force that was the Shogun-Slayer. This clone, he spoke with the same authoritative tone that his creator did, because, well he was just a copy of him. This allowed multiple topics to go on at the same time. It allowed for the conversation about the celebration to continue with the main Sado while Marty dealt with information gathering and general upkeep of the shinobi.
All the while Greg intercepted Mala who seemed a bit riled up and hostile. The Demon of the Badlands had already had trouble with this woman, if she were to start something now, well Sado and his clones would stop it before it began. So first was Marty who found himself standing before Mirabelle who boobied, boobily across the field up toward him with conviction and confidence.
He waited on her reply as well as giving the new individual giving them time, and respect to open up about themselves. He was interested in their history, past, and goals. As well as their plans for the future, as he wanted to aid them in their growth.

Alright, who is this? A new villager? My name is Sado Yasutora, I am the Tsumikage of the Village Hidden in Sin.

The clone Marty laughed as if telling the new shinobi a joke about his many titles.

Among many other titles, but you and the rest of the village can just call me Sado. No need for formalities or niceties.

Mirabelle, I see you're already dealing with them so after imparting the information you wish to, the Tsumikage would like a favor from you additionally new one, introduce yourself and speak openly about your goals, history, and future plans, after that, I want you to look into a few disasters in a neighboring district. Do you think you can do those tasks for me?

House of White: Take on Me.
Rank: C
Description: You've been tasked with watching over the growth and development of another villager. You're to accompany them on their mission or activities in the Ninja World, aid them in their endeavors and help them finish the task that they were sent upon. You are not expected to do their work for them but you are to defend them should they be attacked, stalled or persecuted. This requires you to fight off at least one interaction with another group be they bandits, highwayman, or residents of another land. You are to work with the person you've been tasked with guiding and explaining any other responsibilities they may have as a villager of Tsumigakure sent upon a mission.
@Red-Robin
House of White: History Has its Eyes on You
Rank: C
Description: You're new here, aren't you? Don't answer, that's plain to see. Your first task is an extremely simple one. Seek out the Kage Mansion in the Graveyard of Sin ( 115 ). Gather yourself an audience in the Kage Mansion, this can be a group of your allies, or NPCs. Once done, tell the village your story and your sins. All of it, and all of them be descriptive, tell us everything of importance so we can understand you, as you will learn to understand us. We've all done things, things we're not proud of and that's why we're here. Our sins are many, and your sins are one piece to our forming history. You're not alone anymore, and the first step to overcoming your sins, is confessing them.
Rescue: Danger Zone
Rank: C
Description: A set of small fires have broken out in a few of the homes in the Graveyard of Sin and are quickly spreading from home to home. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to build them all out of wood? You are tasked with putting out these fires and directing any injured NPCs to the hospital. For completion of the mission, you are expected to extinguish three fires and save at least three people from the danger. You are permitted to use Water Release, or Wind Release to aid in your task but make sure to not cause any more damage than there already is.
Greg, the other clone made a beeline for the other new person, she seemed playful but still aggressive. The Monster of the Tea Peninsula was more than apt at dealing with monsters himself, and he wouldn't be having her attacking the capital or causing undue problems if her chakra level was telling him the truth about her..

Who are you? A new villager, do you need a Village Mission or a task? @-Best-

Mirabelle heard Sado asking about a holiday in particular; though truth be told she wasn’t sure herself. She needed a moment to take in some ideas but as she was about to think of a few ideas, the clone of Sado came up to her in order to ask her to perform a certain task at hand. Mirabelle without a doubt in her mind knew this was going to occur. Never the less, she always wanted to take on a student of her own thus she would turn towards Chise. “Looks like you’re in luck, as the Kage said – give a brief introduction to yourself; then we’ll be heading out to deal with this situation…” she said before activating portion of her chakra to have her outfit shift into a new form.

Once she changed, she would step outside after being debriefed but not before leaving a final note. “Sado, I’ll get back to you on this “holiday” idea when we get back from our trip. Till then, ciao ~” she said now leaving properly outside. Once she was in the courtyard, she would proceed to utilize the summoning technique once more again. She slammed her palm onto the surface of the terrain; summoning forth two wyverns in front of her. The two of them was both five meters tall with a wingspan of eight meters. “Well well…” she said approaching one of them.

Hmph, another arrogant human has summoned us…but she has the Dragonic Diagram…so she’s to be trusted” one of them named Ryujin. His sister, Sanjin simply nodded to her brother’s statement. “Now now…I know I'm new to you guys but I promise you I am up to your standard” she assured the wyverns. Once she mounted onto Sanjin, she waited for Chise to arrive as well. She’s gonna ride on Ryujin as well as they head to the destination.

Greg, the other clone made a beeline for Mala, she seemed playful but still aggressive. Their last meeting ended in a long ass nap for the woman who thought it wise to allow her anger and the power of her bijuu to overwhelm her. The Monster of the Tea Peninsula was more than apt at dealing with monsters himself, and he wouldn't be having her attacking the capital or causing undue problems.

Mala! What do you need? A village mission or a task?

Chise's gaze had wandered the room for quite some time, pensive and tense with something akin to anxiousness. This wasn't home, not just yet, and these were all strangers that she could only assume were considerable powers in their own rights. How did she end up here? She hardly fit the narrative or the standard among them, yet somehow they hardly seemed so put off by her presence, or at the very least not quite as much as she felt toward herself for the same reasons. The first immediate action that was made in the room drew her focus; the snapping fingers of the one that stood out from the rest seemingly at the center of the group, which seemed to instantly conjure two mimics of himself. brows perked up in curiosity and temporary bewilderment before one had begun to approach her and her new.. what, exactly? The other woman had just dragged her inside without so much as an introduction. Yet as the clone finally approached and began to introduce itself -rather himself- to her, Chise seemed to struggle for a moment as to how best conduct herself in his presence upon hearing his declaration of being the Kage of the village. She felt tense

and somewhat over-stimulated by the rush of appearances and excitement that was going on. Being alone on the road for a certain period of time while being relatively ignored in your own village could understandably do that to a person. Then, her immediate concerns had been solved before she even had the opportunity to voice them; the lacking of need for "formalities or niceties" as Sado put it. Something quite simple in proposition, yet enough to bring Chise's heart rate to rest, at least for a moment. The air of casual respite that he gave off despite the differences between he and her was refreshing, serving as something of a suggestion that maybe she held subconscious curiosities and possibly even fears of what type of person the Kage might be. Once she heard the temporary pause, she blinked, feeling her heart beat back into her throat as she suddenly realized she had actually been addressed by receiving an introduction, which she remembered -having forgotten so easily- that it was common courtesy to do the same in return. "Ah, yes. Hello. I mean.. It's a pleasure to meet you, Sado. My name's Chise Hatori. I only just arrived here. I hope to stay and learn much from everyone here.." Slowly her head dropped forward, hands covering one over the other directly in front of her in a standardized bow of greeting.

After that, the clone of Sado had moved on to address the woman that had brought her this far in the first place. She heard a name, "Mirabelle." Was that the woman's name? Seemed as likely as it could be, given she was the only other person standing with Chise for the Kage to address. She was careful not to interject into the conversation the two of them had, trying even to tone out what they were talking about with the hopes of not seeming rude in overhearing what they might discuss. A difficult task, since they were having it directly in front of her and hardly necessarily given the contents of the topic, yet she put heavy emphasis on not seeming a bother to those she'd eventually ask the favor of letting her stay, become apart of their village, and possibly teach to become a proper Ninja like they were. Then, she happened to hear "the Tsumikage would like a favor from you additionally, new one," her attention perking up once again as she seemed to wonder if it was addressed to her. Of course it was, her emerald eyes shifting from the clone to the original back at the main group, then back to the clone once again. She had only just arrived and already had the opportunity to do something worthwhile. Regardless of what it was they'd ask of her -clean the Mansion, tend the gardens, wash the clothes, sweep some rocks- she was ready to agree whole-hearted. This was her chance to bring something to the table, as minor as it could be. As she listened carefully to the listed "favors" from the Kage's clone, Chise gave a stern, readied nod of her head in affirmation before pausing a moment after hearing the first task given to her by both Sado and Mirabelle. ".. If it's not too much trouble.. I'd like to wait, before talking about myself that is. It's not that I won't, just need time to collect my thoughts. Haven't had to really talk about my past for awhile now.. Eheh." Chise explained, something of an awkward, soft laugh escaping her near the end of her explanation as she lifted a hand to rub nervously at the back of her neck. It's no exaggeration to say she hasn't really mentioned or discussed in detail her history to really anyone in probably years. Most of her life was filled with things that she would rather forget about herself, yet she knew they would not just go away, so she's attempted to merely "ignore" them as often as she could. Being asked to tell her story now would be like asking someone to recite a book they haven't read for almost a decade; the result being a telling likely overflowing with inaccuracies, uncertainties, the occasional unpleasant recollection that might catch the teller off guard.. "I'll happily assist however I can. I'm not very good or well versed in Jutsus or other things related to being a Ninja, but I promise you I'll do everything I can with what I have to help out."

Mira - 1870 > 1845
Chise listened carefully as the two exchanged a few words before the woman known as Mirabelle turned to her and began to address her. Chise's shoulders stiffened slightly, though this seemed not overly obvious from beneath the layers of her green coat and red sweater-vest beneath that. She still wasn't entirely sure how to act around them, even despite their assurances that she was in casual company. Perhaps given some opportunities to talk more individually with them or have some experiences would change that outlook for her; give her a more natural and developed sense of a relationship with them that she could use as her means to feel more at ease. She watched as the woman made her final words to the Kage before leaving without so much as a bow or anything. They must have quite the familiarity with one another to be so non-nonchalant about their greetings and farewells to one another. It was true that the Kage made mention of not expecting such behavior from anyone, yet that seemed to escape her for the moment in place of more habitual mannerisms. She returned her attention to Sado and carefully bowed forward once again. "Um.. Farewell for now, then. Thank you again." With that she lifted her head and quickly turned on her heels before moving out of the Mansion and to the courtyard.

Chise slowly shuffled down the steps, getting ready to make the effort of calling out to the other woman in the attempt to ask her where they were going at the moment, but she was cut off by the sudden conjuring of two Wyverns right before her eyes. With a loose jaw, she inspected the both of them as they began to communicate with their summoner, of which seemed to have no real issue with telling them off. Was that a means of establishing some form of respect, or perhaps dominance? Was Chise supposed to do the same? They seemed intelligent enough, yet she wasn't quite as confident to speak up to them that way.. She watched as Mirabelle mounted one of the two Wyverns, then connected the dots of the need for the second one to be there. Slowly her jaw reeled itself back up and tightened in place as an air of tension slowly pushed over her, yet it wasn't necessarily out of fear for the Wyverns or flying, but more so with uncertainty of how to approach the situation. After a brief pause, Chise carefully yet precisely stepped forward, offering no glances or an adverted gaze in any other direction but directly with the other Wyvern. Once she stood before it, her gaze shifted upward given it's size difference to her own. Lifting a hand, she gently passed a ginger caress of her palm across the beast's neck, getting a feel for it's scales and the heat expected from any living creature. She stood this way silently for a time, possibly waiting for the Wyvern to address her or merely hoping to have a moment to take in the majesty of it so up close, given this was only her second time seeing one, and first time so close and personally. "My name's Chise.. I hope it isn't too much trouble to ask for your help taking me where I need to go." With that, she considered the likelihood of having been making Mirabelle wait during this whole encounter. Carefully, Chise moved around to the broadside of the Wyvern, scooping herself slowly yet steadily up across it's back with hands planted with some uncertainty across it's scales in front of her. She turned her attention to Mirabelle with an awkward and estranged brow across her visage. "Um.. How exactly should I hold on?"

Coming From Here

Solf finally makes it back to the capital and started looking for the Kage and finding out who the head of the hospital is also. He had some important information to share with them about what he found on his last mission.

I heard rumors he is most of the time out and about. So where should I go?

He starts walking around looking for any signs of the Kage. He still has Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan activated while looking around. He could put a person in a genjutsu and get the information but he was smarter then that. He would probably get sent back to jail doing that.

Chise listened carefully as the two exchanged a few words before the woman known as Mirabelle turned to her and began to address her. Mirabelle couldn’t help but find Chise’s awkwardness to be a bit funny but it would be a bit rude to laugh. She turned her face, chuckling a bit but once she mounted the Wyvern she heard her ask where to hold on. She was a bit…dumbfounded, to say the least. “Do you not have ninjutsu training?” she asked her. It seems this girl was completely fresh out of the box, which wasn’t a problem to be honest. The wyvern silently heard the conversation, becoming a bit annoyed he was mounted by a complete amateur. “Alright Chise, it seems you need a bit of training before we head out” she said as she stood and jumped from Sanjin’s back and onto Ryujin. She took out a piece of paper, placing it into Chise’s hand.

Hold onto this, we’ll go over what this does later but right now we need to work on your basic applications of chakra. First, let’s see how much you understand with it. Can you perform the clone technique? Any of the basics? If not then we will have to remain here until you get the gist of it…probably should teach you a bit about maybe Genjutsu or Taijutsu too

Mirabelle said, she felt like a sensei…she couldn’t help but get her glasses out as she prepared for training with Chise. The wyverns simply started to rest a bit as they watched in silence. She stepped off of the wyvern and waited for Chise to come and learn with her.

It wasn't overly difficult for Chise to notice the muffled laughter. She recounted her actions thus far and considered just how awkward she had been, so she could hardly blame Mirabelle for taking advantage for a good laugh. This of course didn't prevent her cheeks from burning a bit with embarrassment; standard for someone who had been caught at a point of uncertainty in front of another who was all too familiar with the very same things. Slowly she lifted a hand to begin rubbing lightly across the back of her neck bashfully, her head sinking slightly into her shoulders as she let out a nervous laugh when she was asked about her knowledge of Jutsu. "Ah.. Well, you see.. I've read books..?" Chise mused half-heartedly. She knew her answer was hardly the one Mirabelle was likely looking for, or that anyone would want to hear for that matter. She watched as Mirabelle dismounted the Wyvern, only after having found a pair of glasses from "somewhere" and took to the center of the courtyard. Chise let out a sigh; she had just gotten on the drake and now had to get off almost immediately afterward. She remembered the process of learning to ride a horse, once upon a time. The necessity of mounting and dismounting over and over again to become familiar with the physical process and adapting muscle memory to feeling the shift in weight and balance as one moves to straddle something much larger than them. Were similar training exercises just as beneficial for something like a Wyvern, or was mounting one something only Mirabelle really did? Chise considered the possibilities as she slowly and carefully began her dismount, practically sliding down the side of the beast, back with her boots on the ground in a firm and reassuring "thud."

Moving toward Mirabelle, Chise took a single glance back toward the Wyverns, wondering if they'd simply remain as spectators, fly off, or vanish in a plume of smoke similarly to how they had appeared in the first place. She refocused her attention forward, eyeing the other woman and then back down to the piece of paper she was handed at some point prior to dismounting, all while taking in all of the things that Mirabelle had apparently planned to teach her. Was this supposed to be some form of medium for a jutsu? Or perhaps a talisman of some sort she'd have to utilize to focus her chakra, which would allow her the means to perform a jutsu? Her thoughts turned rather wildly but yet for the first time in awhile, quite concentrated toward the subject at hand; more so than she ever wanted to be with minimalist chores and jobs she used to do. "Chakra? Well, I've read a few encyclopedias on Chakra; life natures and the various method systems utilizing each one independently. I know that there are several base elemental affinities, each capable of micromanagement within the Ninja if they've been familiarized with the process. Oh, and I know you can combine these chakras to perform advanced techniques." Chise began to rattle on for a moment as she practically pondered aloud a few small details that she could recall from the books she had made reference to. "I know of the clone technique, and a few of the of the other basic Ninjutsu, I think? I've seen coworkers utilize some of them on jobs before: Water walking, tree climbing, a few instances of transformation, I think someone hid in a shadow once.. Oh, and I've seen lots of clones before. It's my understanding that everyone is at least capable of performing basic Ninjutsu? I just.. never tried, I guess." Chise counted across a few of her fingers as she tried to recount the specific instances that she could remember seeing the use of these techniques, all while trying to cross reference them with what jutsu they may have been from the books she had read. Was Mirabelle intending on teaching her how to perform them herself? A nerve seemed to twitch in her stomach as she strained internally for a brief moment at the very slight idea that she could possibly fail, somehow.. What if she didn't have the skill to utilize chakra? This was unrealistic, especially now and days, but she couldn't help but wonder silently to herself, since she had never tried before. Yet she was about to find out, for better or worse, and was entirely committed to finding the answer.

Well, today you’ll be learning them with me. Namely the walking on water portion of the set. Now then I wont bore you with the specifics of how chakra works considering you said you already have a fair idea on how it works through your readings. Now take that theory and knowledge and make it into an actual application. Let’s start with the clone jutsu, considering it’s the weakest of the set in all honesty” Mirabelle said. She would turn to her and with her hands together she would weave the hand seals. “I think you are aware of hand seals too? If not here is a brief showing of each one” she said as she flashed the basic hand seals to her. Monkey, Horse, Rat, Rabbit etc, it was the most basic part of ninjutsu.

These will help you mold your chakra together in order to perform jutsus. While some rare techniques wont require much, some of them need a lot of seals. Now then, with your mind – I want you to visualize within your subconscious; making a clone of yourself. Think of externally releasing your chakra into the world around you, which with your hand seals you mold the clone into existence. These are the seals needed for the technique, close your eyes and try it out for yourself” she instructed her. The seals where basic “Ram, Snake , Tiger” all she needed to do was focus on it. “Over time you’ll learn the basics and then I’ll be testing your chakra to see what affinity you have with the paper I gave you. Once you know your affinity, I’ll give you a special scroll which you’ll read over and start to practice that element” she said with a smile.

She would take a lotus position as she waited on Chise to start.

Tsukiumi scratched her head. "Huh. I guess I fell asleep again. I wonder why I keep doing that?" She walked all the way to the Kage Mansion, poking her head in the door. "Sado-sama. Are you here?"

This post marks the start of my mission using the following storyboard elements:
  • Do some moderate meditation to improve focus (D-rank)
Perform your very first Jutsu (custom; D-rank)
Summary: After being assigned her first tasks accompanied by the Tsumigakure ninja Mirabelle, Chise is first given some instruction on how to go about performing Ninjutsu; a talent she had never practiced before. Before she can do this however, she must resolve some internal conflict within herself at the risk of stumbling over her own feet.

Chise had slowly returned from her most immediate thoughts as she began to take in the instruction that Mirabelle was giving her. She watched carefully as each handsign was carefully and precisely woven; noting the differences in how certain fingers to each hand overlapped others in particular formations, others connecting to form a sign together that would seem impossible with only one hand. Some were far more intricate than others, requiring her to mimic the movements delicately herself in order to somewhat familiarize herself with the process of each. Chise recalled a book she had read regarding handsigns, or hand seals as they were also known as. Or perhaps it was only a part of one of the other more generalized encyclopedias she had referenced earlier? It discussed the relevancy of hand seals, the reference of how each of the twelve basic seals take inspiration from astrology symbology, or how certain seals are associated with specific natures, their releases and styles. Between the hand motions and the meanings behind each, these seals had a complex relativity in the art of jutsu usage, and there was no shortcut around this fact. At least not at the moment for her.
Chise had been given her task, to perform the act of creating a clone of herself. Was it really that easy to just clone oneself? She was taken back to numerous instances in the past that she had seen others do just the same, some more effortlessly than others; most recently regarding the Tsumikage and how he seemed to utilize his clones to address multiple parties at once for the sake of accomplishing more at once. How did such a thing work? Did all minds link back to the main one? How does someone recognize which is the original, or was it even possible for the original to know which was the original? Her thoughts began to race with reckless abandon, uncertain of more than she realized before, yet the curiosity was hardly a deterrent. Rather it served as a motivator for her. Was this the drive that she had set out for from the beginning when she made the choice to pursue being a ninja? This burning sensation at the pit of her stomach, the thrumming of her heart as if someone was strumming on it like a stringed instrument; steady yet unpredictable in it's tempo. She knew this state of mind and body would only serve to hinder her ability to perform the task she had been given. If she did not take it upon herself to meditate her thoughts before making her attempt, then surely she'd fail one way or another.

Slowly she shifted her gaze up to Mirabelle, offering a nod of affirmation. "Alright, but give me just a moment, please.." Chise hummed softly as she then took a step back, settling casually onto her knees and gradually lowered her head downward, halfway between a bow and a silent prayer. Her emerald eyes had disappeared behind their lids as her hands folded carefully in front of her across her thighs. This wasn't the first time that she had to tend to her thoughts, given her past it wasn't all too surprising. Each time that she would delve within herself, she'd find little more than black space surrounding her. She could look around her and see nothing. The sensation of the space was like being trapped in a box, but felt infinite in every direction; a prison with walls you could not see. Yet despite this estranged feeling within her own mind, it offered her an odd sense of comfort. It was the only place she felt like she could address the things that would wrap around her ankles, like seaweed across the bed

of a numbingly cold river, refusing to let her surface. What was holding her back this time? She couldn't properly identify much, all she knew was that with every step she took felt like she had walked a hundred miles. A constant sense of dread, as if she knew that no matter the direction she walked, eventually she might fall off into the sky and never find her way back. Was it the fear of failure, or perhaps the fear of not being able to conjure her inner forces at will like she had thought before? Each didn't seem so impossible, but neither did they feel correct. She knew this was the goal she had made for herself before and now she was on the precipice of seeing it through. Why could she not feel confident in every step she took by this point and make her one goal reality? Then, it struck her. The sudden realization that she had no idea what she might do after the fact.. Where would she go, or what would she do, regardless of the results of the next few moments in her performance? She had left her previous home behind with no real intentions of returning, nor the desire to. But she also did not set herself a destination, where to settle her new bird's nest. Now that she stood at the edge of her one and only goal she wanted to achieve, she feared the sense of aimlessness that might follow the moment she crossed that boundary. The sense of having no goal to strive for afterward; the hesitation like tar to the soles of her feet as she considered the possibility that she wouldn't have a place here, despite the kindness of all those she had met thus far. She stood -or perhaps it was more accurate to compare it to floating, like a weightless shape in a senseless body of water- looking upward toward a singular faint flare of light that seemed to dwindle with every passing moment. Had that always been there before? The thought slowly escaped her as she simply remained fixated upon it. She now had the identity of what it was that had its clutches around her, so how was she meant to break free from it all? The more she thought about it, the more she narrowed toward the fact that all of it seemed to stem from her own sense of being inconsiderable; a disposable pawn that'd only ever be the unspoken, unnamed figurine in every room she stepped into. The fear that the kindness that she was being shown now would be short-lived and fleeting until she would have to move on to something else, all over again. As she narrowed in on these thoughts, the light seemed to fluctuate; beating in a steady rhythm that almost seemed to bring a radiating sense of warmth to her. The numbness of it all didn't seem to fade away entirely, yet she could at least feel her fingertips now. Slowly a hand rose from her side as she reached above her own head, aiming to clutch at the warmth that beckoned her. She realized there wasn't much she could do about her own self image, at least for now.. But that didn't mean she couldn't give herself a new goal to strive for. If her fears were founded and those she was receiving kindness from would consider discarding her, then she'd just have to give them a reason to keep her around. Suddenly, the heat of the light enveloped her in a steady growth, pushing away some of the bleakness of the space around her. With luck, this was a good start to reshaping herself for the better.

What may have felt like hours for herself seemed to span not quite so long as her eyes reopened to the world around her, seeing Mirabelle sitting across from her in a lotus position. She wasn't quite sure how long she had actually been meditating for, but it didn't matter to her. A thin smile had found its way across Chise's pale lips as she offered a slow bow of her head toward the woman. "Sorry for the wait. I think I'm ready now.." She stated with a sense of confidence that wasn't entirely familiar of her. Carefully she pushed up against her feet from beneath herself until she'd come to a stand. Extending her hands forward ahead of her, she stared at them for a moment as she focused on the memory of what she had been shown moments ago. It was only three of the seals she had been shown among twelve, so certainly that wouldn't be so difficult to recreate. Closing her eyes, she painted a mental image of what each seal looked like. Slowly she pressed her hands together, palm to palm with fingers outstretched in a neutral arrangement to start. Then, she began to give them shape. Ram, snake, tiger.. One after the other these seals seemed to manifest from the images she created behind her eyelids. Throughout the process, she considered what it'd possibly take to create a clone apart from a bit of chakra and some seals. After molding the final seal with her hands, she imagined her reflection in a mirror almost unintentionally; the picture-perfect recreation of her own appearance something that had a sudden sense of application. A sudden plume of smoke had formed directly in front of her, of which didn't seem to distract her quite as much as she had originally expected it would. Perhaps the focus she had taken the time to resolve within herself was more beneficial than she had originally realized. Slowly opening her eyes, she waited for the smoke to clear, finally seeing the reflection in the mirror that she wanted to make. Without the mirror, of course. The one long fine curve that passed along her jaw and sharpened to a point at her chin, the pigmentation of her eyes and the various strange circular and linear shapes that could possibly be seen in such vivid detail if viewed up close, the lines that felt heavy beneath her eyes; signs of exhaustion that took shape from more than one predictable causation. It was surreal, and all too realistic. She had seen clones of others before, but never considered seeing one of herself. The clone blinked as it stared back at her as well, almost perplexed by Chise's air of awe surrounding her but waited silently all the same. Chise slowly shifted to peek over the shoulder of the clone back to Mirabelle. "Um.. I did it. I think. Sorry if that took too long.." Slowly Chise settled back into a standard standing position as she continued to inspect the clone. If this was a simple technique and it was enough to spark a light of fascination in her, then surely everything from this point forward would only be greater. Now she had a new goal, one that would take much longer to achieve, keeping her busy for some time, she thought.
