We don't know how much age has effected Garpt herefore from what we've seen i'm going with Kuzan winning. Not to mention Garp hasn't shown any Haki feats that surpass that of Luffy's.

So you can't call him a haki beast. It could be possible that his haki was always just mediocre and he overpowered his enemies with pure strength. We don't know about his Haki. We can't call him a haki beast. Show me Haki feats from Garp that surpass Luffy's.

Considering that all Garp has been doing is going after low-level pirates and eating donuts while Whitebeard has actually fought all these years. Yes...I do think that old Garp can't beat an admiral.

if someone won't show you their power doesn't mean that he don't have it !!! shanks showed king haki but we didn't see him using the other two does that mean that he don't have them ??

even akainu said that whitebeard is always takes the safe corner ... so he didn't fight that much ... and even if he had to fight ... there is noone that can raivel him sohe's the same as garp ^_^

and age effected whitebeard alot !!! he needed alot of Medications unlike garp

Actually Shanks has shown CoA. Anyways. I'm not saying that Garp can't use CoA (he has been shown using it) but i'm saying unless we actually get some proof of him being a haki beast (lawlsauce Garp's haki solos the whole verse hurr durr). We can't say that he's a haki beast. Luffy has shown better haki feats then him.
